  1. I just tested it here using the latest official LB and updated Dolphin and Dolphin does not crash at all when pressing the back button on my Xbox One controller.
  2. Again, email support@unbrokensoftware.com for license issues, there is nothing anyone here on the forums can do for you.
  3. This means your license is either pirated or you shared it around the internet. If you feel this is a mistake then email support@unbrokensoftware.com they will help you out.
  4. BigBox is a premium feature of Launchbox, it is meant for use on TVs with your controller from the couch or cabinets. It's just a more fancy UI while Launchbox is meant for management (adding / removing games). Android license is a separate purchase.
  5. You would have to buy the license using your info and then after the fact email support@unbrokensoftware.com and give them the information to change it to and they will email a new license to your friend.
  6. Well that is the only place you will get any help with license issues. They should get to you soon or try sending another email.
  7. Email support@unbrokensoftware.com and they will take care of you with any license issues.
  8. Here is the thread about it: And here is a post I made in the thread after setting it, I mention a couple of things I found to make it a tad easier to get working:
  9. Running console and computer games with Retroarch and the Mame core is a massive pain in the ass. It can be done and there is a thread somewhere here on the forums to do it but I would highly suggest sticking to stand alone Mame for non arcade emulation.
  10. You can't put a platform in a platform, what you can do is make a "category" and put multiple platforms in that category.
  11. Because it contains bios you cannot post a link to it.
  12. Yes, this is doable. You can install multiple instances of LB and you can share media folders with symlinks.
  13. All the other files are clone roms (regional) or they are fruit machine or video poker games, games typically no one wants.
  14. Check the refresh rate of the display in Windows, probably running at 30hz.
  15. Using a mismatched Mame version and rom set version is not a good idea, while some games may work many will not and depending how far apart the two are in versions the more games that won't work.
  16. CHD stands for Compressed Hunk Data and these are large compressed files of hard drive or laser disk media that was in certain arcade cabinets that worked with the main board chips. They are separate downloads from regular Mame rom sets. I don't know where to tell you to get the ones for your set but if you Google "pleasuredome git io" you should find a website that has complete up to date Mame sets and CHD packs. You should also update to the latest version of Mame to run them as well.
  17. Those look like games that require CHDs to function, did you download the CHD set as well as the normal set ?
  18. It's an old 16 bit program so it would require an OS or environment that supports that. Any Windows after XP will not support it natively so you would have to call it through a virtual machine running a suitable OS or DOSbox.
  19. Ah yes, the system that works best for the massive majority of users is some how broken for an edge case use such as yours.
  20. If you are using Windows 10 right click the desktop, go to display settings, scroll down to advanced display settings, in there you should see your refresh rate. Often when people hook up to a TV it defaults to 30hz, this is especially common when people use 4K displays and don't have an HDMI cable capable of 4K 60hz.
  21. Are you running this system hooked up to a PC monitor or TV ? If you are using a TV is the video settings and TV set to run at 60hz or 30hz ? Is it running at 4K resolution ?
  22. VC and DX will have to be installed to the C drive, those are system files. Retroarch and all emulators can go on the HDD in a sub folder of Launchbox. Certain emulators such as Dolphin and PCSX2 are not setup to be portable out of the box but they can be made portable. For example with Dolphin all you have to do is create a blank text file in the Dolphion directory called portable.txt.
  23. If you wanna make it portable put your emulators and roms all within sub folders of your Launchbox folder on your HDD, that SSD is way too small.
