Hey guys anyone one else having issues logging into Xbox/Microsoft store front in launchbox? I log in with email but it still shows and not logged in? Any tips for this?

Yes exactly my issue as well. Hope this gets fixed ASAP. Not sure if it's a Xbox or launchbox issue.

I haven't had a chance to look into it but can pretty much guarantee they changed some of the back end we use to get your library information. They just pushed changes to their own client that ands a lot of interconnections with other storefronts and various other features so wouldn't surprise me to find out they messed around with the back end as well.

I found a workaround for time being for anyone that really wants to get this working- In GamePass, you can create a "Desktop Shortcut". Create shortcuts for the games you want to import and put those shortcuts in a folder somewhere on your PC. Then in launchbox, click import -> import roms and go through that process, setting the source to that shortcuts folder. Make sure to choose "Windows" or whatever platform you are shooting for and leave the emulator blank. It'll pull in all those games to launchbox via the shortcuts that GamePass created.

Hi folks, apologies for the delayed follow-up on this. Unfortunately, there is no official fix for the Microsoft Storefront integration just yet. We’re still working on it, but whenever these backend changes occur with each storefront provider, it often requires us to rewrite a significant portion of our integration code. We’re facing similar issues at the moment with a backend change to Steam, which we’ve been prioritizing and hope to have resolved very soon.

We’re due to push our official Android and Windows updates in the coming weeks, so for full transparency, it’s very likely that we won’t have a fix for the MS Storefront integration ready in time for that release. Rest assured, though, that we are actively working on it.

The workaround that @kmeyer1212 suggested is a good one, if you have shortcuts, you can still point your game entries to those. And as of a recent release (I believe 13.24), Windows shortcuts are now handled properly with auto-ROM imports and directory scanning. I know this isn’t ideal, but we’ll be sure to update the official bug report as soon as we have more information.
