  1. Also if you turn on debug logging and run the Uplay import logs should say if/when it can't find something. Would be worth reading those as well.
  2. Have you ever installed any of the games? I can tell you what Registry paths we look for/at if you feel comfortable perusing those as well. I would close Uplay and reopen, and then do the same for LaunchBox, just in case the close action is when they update the reg keys.
  3. Have to install and launch Uplay and log into it. We read the registry values Uplay generates to determine what games you have available. There is no SSO screen like Epic or Origin have. Another thing to note is that we do not display games that simply point to a Steam launch path. If all your Uplay games are games from your Steam library the import wouldn't find any.
  4. I would imagine that we wouldn't build badges for those launchers unless we build imports for those launchers. It's possible for some one to make a badge plugin that would do it until then though.
  5. @Thornback Yeah. We are kind of at the mercy of the storefronts API's as far as what we can see. I've been looking around to see if there are better endpoints we can use, but some games have been removed from the API responses entirely (I have a few I know of in my collection).
  6. @CriticalCid Do the missing games show up at all in the import wizard?
  7. Epic is having issues with their servers due to the free GTA V thing. I was having some issues over the weekend. I just did a fresh import with mine and was able to pull all my games correctly (Word War Z included, don't have the other two you mentioned). Could you try again now that they seem to have their services back up and running properly and let me know if you still have that issue?
  8. Would have to make the application path of either the root game or one of the additional apps start with "uplay://launch/" (without the quotes). Believe in Uplay you can create desktop shortcuts to get what string comes after the launch/ bit.
  9. Steam badge should show if the application path is a steam path, same with Uplay. Origin is a bit different and requires two hidden fields to be set so those would have to be deleted and then re-imported. There is currently no way to manually assign a badge.
  10. Currently no. LaunchBox will NOT ever automatically import recently purchased Steam games. The install state of your Steam games SHOULD update every time you open LaunchBox or Big Box though. That being said I'm not sure that process would detect games playable via a remote install as "Installed" because of how we make that determination.
  11. If you open up Task Manager is there a hung Big Box or LaunchBox process?
  12. If an error window pops up could you provide the details from that window?
  13. @rodww yes when selecting all games in your collection those come up to save time scanning your entire library. The following two prompts should only appear if you checked a media item for that storefront or have any games imported from that storefront (since it is possible to grab metadata from them even if you aren't grabbing media). I am looking into how fast or slow it would be to just add a check if you have any titles for a given storefront when downloading all to just remove those options and the confusion surrounding them when you have no titles that qualify.
  14. @sundogak was able to reproduce both issues you brought up and they will be addressed in the next beta release.
  15. @hegemon13 I have been experiencing similar issues downloading from LaunchBox and other sites which seemed pretty random. I was able to correct it by contacting my ISP and having them do a reboot on the modem they give you. They have some data tables in there that cache routes and what not and it was causing it not to get a better route (me and the phone techs assumption, may not be entirely accurate). After doing so though my speeds returned to normal. Can't guarantee it will fix your issue as it did mine but worth a try. Was a very annoying problem to deal with...
  16. Hmm interesting. Could you PM me your platform xml file so I can compare to mine and see what may be happening?
  17. @sundogak @neil9000 This update should correct the issues you had sorting columns as well as others issues related to the new audit form.
  18. I have this collection and mine doesn't do this. One thing I did notice though is that if you open a game not installed and it goes to the game page. If you do not close that game page opening another game doesn't close the previous one. For example if I open up a C&C title and Origin goes to that game page, if I just close or minimize Origin and then open up a Mass Effect game, Origin just opens back up the C&C title. Could this be potentially what you were running into? If not could you do me a fvor and reimport and turn OFF LaunchBox Games DB search. Other thing I could see being a potential issue is a match gets a bit greedy and changes the title causing some confusion (though I don't see how it would match it to "Ultimate Collection Additional Content")
  19. Could just remove the config file for that rom and it will revert to default
  20. @sundogak @neil9000 Yeah I still have quite a bit to do to make all the columns function as well as they do in the tool in production. We released it into beta at a much earlier state than we typically do new features. This was done for a variety of reasons. Probably won't see another beta release until some time next week, but this week I will be spending quite a bit of time refining the new audit tool to get it on par with the production value customers know and expect from Jason and I.
  21. I'll have to and see what options we have for that. There are 2 hidden fields we set and use for games imported via Origin so that we can download media as well as check install state on program launch, The one field should be pretty strait forward (the identifier in Origins default launch url/path, the other is where to look for the install state. The former would be easy enough, I'll have to see if we can use it to get the latter.
  22. This was done intentionally because the import would pull and assign them like a Steam game because of the application path that would need to be set (Uplay just launches the steam://.... link). Because of this we chose simply NOT to show them as to hopefully cause less confusion.
  23. Simply press Crtl+N when LaunchBox is open and a blank Edit game window will appear. Fill in the information and press ok.
  24. You may be running into an issue similar to what @CriticalCid has posted about. Could you turn on the Origin Badge in LaunchBox, if it doesn't correctly show for you on that title it will not launch correctly and will need re imported (just the game you won't need to pull down pictures again since deleting the title doesn't get rid of them). I'm looking into the issue and seeing what I can do to correct that behavior.
