  1. LaunchBox can't be integrated into your website, and no it's not open source. I would simply google "BlockOut 3d tetris" on the first page are several webpages that emulate the game on their website and some even tell you what emulators they using to do it. Would suggest looking into websites like and glean what you can. What you are asking about is really far outside of the scope of LaunchBox.
  2. I'll take a look at the code and see if I can replicate your findings. The included metadata should apply to platforms with a scape as assigned and the name of the platform should have no bearing on whether any manually added information you input saves.
  3. @RULLUR Please keep your responses focused on the beta. If you have grievances you wish to file about a mod please email support@unbrokensoftware.com.
  4. I saw the original post, then edited it as I'd like to keep this thread on topic. I believe Neil was simply trying provide the reporting user with data for comparison, that he is NOT having the issue and a time frame that the feature should complete in when working correctly. I don't believe it was intended as a "git gud internetz" sorta comment. @vertigoelectric You are correct. We are attempting to correct URLS when you EmuMovies session expires. This should NOT be occurring after every download though (since the first time it needs to do it should update any session information or url). Let me know if you continue to have the issue over the weekend. @OhBoy Our multi-region code is working but the way it is implemented doesn't register every possible combination. I believe I may be able to improve the code to help in situations like yours but that change has not made it into any builds yet. I can't promise it will make it into this release, but I'll do my best to get it addressed. @RULLUR We are aware that you are having an issue loading images in your wheels. You've made it very clear to us over several threads. We have looked into the report and are having problems replicating it though to be able to track down any cause for it. I am also aware that unless you have changed how you organize your library that your set up is quite a bit different than most and so I'm curious if that isn't aggravating the issue for you. If you'd like PM me with any details you can about how often you are seeing this issue, if it is affecting one view more than others, or affecting one platform/playlist/category more than others and maybe we can deduce why you are seeing what you are.
  5. What I've done in the past is the following: 1) Close LaunchBox and Big Box 2) Navigate to \\LaunchBox\Data\Platforms 3) Back up any file you are about to change (not needed but helpful) 4) Open the platform file you need to correct the extension to 5) Open the "Replace All" tool 6) Replace ".zip</ApplicationPath>" with ".nes</ApplicationPath>" (Both without quotes, and substitute the file extensions as needed 7) Save and close the file 8) Reopen LaunchBox
  6. Everyone is, there is unfortunately a known bug in current builds related to Amazon Games import. Amazon changed how they return data from their API. I have corrected the issue in dev but it is not currently in any release. It WILL be included in the next beta release though (11.13 beta 3)
  7. LaunchBox isn't a game, WPF doesn't clear your GPU buffer at a given tick speed. It's all event driven and only updates the buffers when there is a change in the UI so it's entirely possible (and correct) that you see slower frame numbers. Could be a faster refresh wasn't needed. I know we let you speed up animation speeds/updates inside of Big Box to help make those refreshes happen faster, I'm unsure we do anything like that inside of LaunchBox since most everything is scrolling and not real animations so unsure the same thing work would as well in LaunchBox.
  8. I'm not sure. I would check that you don't have Nahimic listed in the services tab of task manager. I've heard some users in the past have had problems with that service reappearing. I would also suggest updating the video driver if you haven't already.
  9. Would assume you have Nahimic running messing with WPF. I know @neil9000 has helped others in the past locate it on users machines, typically it is installed and used by older sound managers.
  10. Inside of LaunchBox, go to Tool > Options > Updates. Should be the last option, says something like "Opt into beta updates"
  11. Sounds like you are experiencing an issue related to a known bug in 11.12. That bug has been resolved in the public beta version (currently 11.13 beta 2). You could opt into the beta update and see if that corrects the problem you are experiencing.
  12. @CriticalCid @kmoney @Rlad Confirmed your reports and will be corrected in the next release.
  13. Thanks. Getting a FX3 build set up for a cab I'm building. Needed a better logo for Universal group.
  14. Do you have the Universal Studios Pinball logo that sits inside that ring? Would love just that clear logo for my collect (I don't use silver ring logos in the collection that needs it).
  15. We modified some of the logic to how Big Box grabs background images for Playlists in the current beta. You could try to update to that to see if it corrects the issue for you. If it doesn't please create a support ticket for this. This is the first time I've heard this exact report and would like to make sure it doesn't get lost in the shuffle.
  16. No this change is a binding for use with visual elements and doesn't change navigation at all.
  17. @bbweiners Effectively theme creators can utilize these bindings on every view to allow for elements on the screen to react an input direction being pressed. For example when you push right, the theme could render an arcade joystick moving right. Before this was only possible on FlowControl views and the binding would clear to quickly to be used very easily. Now it will be able to be used on all Filter/Game views and doesn't reset until the GameDetails are loaded so it doesn't require as much guesswork on the theme creators part as to when to reset any animations tied to that binding.
  18. I would suggest using the built in Theme Manager in Big Box to help you with your decisions. Most views in the manager have per view screenshots you can view before downloading the theme, and you can select a Theme and view to use inside of Big Box on a global or per platform basis in that tool.
  19. This is a known issue with version 11.12. We have a beta out now that you can opt into that corrects this issue. You opt in in the Updates section of the options menu inside of LaunchBox.
  20. Not an error I've seen before. Looks like one of the dependencies that should have been added during the installer didn't get put in place correctly. I would make sure no antivirus is blocking the installer or LaunchBox from opening or isn't blocking any DLLs from being ran or opened.
  21. Typically I've seen that when a dependency is missing or corrupt. Make sure you run the installer again and then go to command prompt and open it as administrator and type "/sfc scannow" (without quotes) and press enter, and let that tool run. Will repair any OS dependencies that could be causing an issue.
  22. Most of those playlists are Auto-Populated so it is entirely possible that if you change the games metadata it will change what playlist it appears on. For example if you change the publisher of the game to NOT be "Atari" (without quotes) the game would no longer appear in Atari Classics
  23. Do you have a use case for this field? Curious what you are trying to do that would require the field
  24. Thanks for this. Both have been confirmed and corrected for next release.
  25. Looks like what you are looking for are Theme Videos which can be grabbed from EmuMovies from inside of LaunchBox if you have EmuMovies premium account
