  1. Reminds me a lot of the game series "Glass Masquerade". Is an interesting concept.
  2. You should be able to select all the games and then go to Tools > File Management and in there there is an option to change the folder the games are looking for ROMs in. I don't believe editing the platforms folder changes the games application path, this tool would which is what it sounds like you need.
  3. Apologies, I have been out sick with food poisoning and haven't had a chance to look just yet. Back at it today, but do have a bit of catchup to play.
  4. Fairly certain this is something the Odin 2 is doing. I have the same issue on mine and I haven't been able to figure out the best way to address it.
  5. You're referring to a plugin. I'm talking official features. You can see the scan options by going to Tools > Achievements and in there can scan the entire library of the selected platform.
  6. The games you're not seeing GOG Achievements on, do you also have a Steam version imported and combined in with that game? Just trying to replicate your situation as close as possible because I'm having a hard time seeing what you are.
  7. Do you have a blacklist file in your data folder? Would explain why a scan wouldn't pick the games up. Would still see them in the manual import wizard though.
  8. Well can't fix something we don't track down the cause of. Does the regular import wizard net you any results?
  9. Should say on the bottom of the window that some of the check boxes were disabled because they are a premium feature with a link included on how to purchase one.
  10. Typically we see this if the profile name is entered incorrectly or if the profile doesn't have their privacy settings set so that "All Visitors" can view the games in their library. Can check if that's the case for you by going to: https://www.gog.com/account/settings/privacy
  11. The built in achievement scan feature does exactly this. We use the RAHasher application provided by RetroAchievements to get the hash for your game and then use that to determine if achievements are supported or not.
  12. Sound choppiness is almost always a video frame rate issue. The sound chops to keep up with the slower than intended frame rate. Typically newer TV's refresh rate defaults to 30hz when hooked into a Windows PC. Make sure the TV's game mode is on if it has one and then go to Windows and make sure the refresh rate is set to 60hz or higher.
  13. Well if there isn't enough space on the disk you would need to remove some of the stuff already ON the disk to make room.
  14. Yeah, just run the installer overtop. It won't mess with your data at all.
  15. Could be because of the platform you provided and it's Scrape As value. Duke Nukem 1 & 2 are for MS-DOS not Windows and so if it isn't pointing to the right platform in the DB it could be the cause of your issues. Can work around by temporarily changing the platform in the Edit Game Window to MS-DOS then hitting the "Search for Metadata" and selecting the correct entry. Just make sure to change the platform back to the value you wanted before pressing OK to save your changes.
  16. Personally not sure I didn't think they required it to get their API key, but it's been a long while since I got mine and I also DO have the authenticator tied to the account so I'm not the best to chime in on it.
  17. It's an app on your phone that they use to 2FA the account. When it asks for it you open the Steam app on your device and input the authenticator code. Sometimes it will tell you "Some one from this location is trying to log in" and ask that you accept/decline the login. It's used to ensure your account is harder to steal.
  18. You can actually have multiple parents. So when checking a different box you need to also manually uncheck the box that is checked for "Root". Unsure by your description if that was done or not.
  19. That's driven by the app itself and isn't really something that can be changed via theming that I'm aware of.
  20. We didn't change any logic that would affect how a game is launched so I'm not entirely sure how an update would have caused that. Are the games launching in the emulator and just not performing the way you'd expect, or is LaunchBox not able to launch the games in the emulator at all?
  21. This could just mean the OS is having problems giving us the requested RAM because another program is using it, or because it's taking longer to move currently utilized RAM to the page file and so it can't give us the resources requested in a timely manner. I'd verify you don't have too many apps running alongside of LB when you see this error. Also consider increasing your page file and seeing if that helps your issue at all.
  22. Regarding the Xinput that REALLY isn't needed ever if you don't want to, especially if the PC games are all via Steam. Just run Steam Input and it'll translate the keyboard to Xinput for you. You could also use an app like x360ce and create a virtual xbox controller using your key inputs and then tell the games to use that.
  23. Not sure we changed any launch parameters for documents in the menu move but will verify and let you know.
  24. I'd run the installer over your current build and see if that resolves. This error would indicate to me that something isn't being set correctly in the default theme's XAML files. This is typical if an install didn't go as planned or if you have those files set to Read-Only for some reason. First step would be to just run the installer into the same directory (make sure the installer isn't trying to install to a LaunchBox folder INSIDE of your LaunchBox folder). This has 0 risk of destroying any data and is safe to do. If that doesn't work go to your LaunchBox folder and make sure the LBThemes\Default folder properties has the Read-Only box empty (all white) and if not set it that way (with LaunchBox closed). If neither corrects let us know.
  25. Sounds like this is a message you're seeing inside of RetroArch. Last I knew with some of the changes on RetroAchievements you need to actually update credentials on RetroAchievements (change your password) and then use the new password inside of RetroArch settings.
