Hi, thanks for your assistance. I'm currently on version 13.17, with auto-update enabled. I've tried almost everything to resolve the issue, including: - Logging in and out of my Launchbox/EmuMovies accounts. - Rolling back to a backup date prior to when the issue began. - Adding the Metadata folder to my antivirus exclusions. - Disabling both antivirus and firewall completely. - Toggling RetroAchievements and High Scores on and off. - With Update to Beta Releases On and Off - Force Unlock Metadata.xml - manually synced to my collection, worked perfectly, showing up on the website. However, due to the Auto syncing failure, any changes now take significantly longer, especially when saving games during import. Even combining two single games takes around 30 seconds or more. As a result, I've ended up disabling game statistics syncing.

I've been experiencing the exact same issue since 16/11. Any solutions?

Thanks for your response. I’ve tried all the refreshing and restarting steps, no success. I’d like to replace the default platform icons with more accurate ones, like using the Sega Naomi logo instead of the standard arcade icon etc... If I understand correctly, is this only possible with LaunchBox Premium ?

Not working for me, I've renamed the icon (24x23 PNG) to match the playlist name exactly and placed it in \LaunchBox\Images\Platform Icons\Playlists, but nothing changes. Tried under ‘category’ too, but no luck. Any advice?
