  1. I know that other users do use the X-Arcade Tank stick and users have even modded it to add 4way joysticks for Pac-Man and spinners so it will work and is even able to be customized. As for hardware I have LaunchBox running on 4 HTPC's/Desktops with everything from a Core i7 4770, 16GB RAM GeForce GTX 960 and 3 Core i5's 2x 6500, 2x16GB RAM both have GeForce GTX 750ti's and 1 with a 3330 8GB RAM. 4 laptops (1 i5 2 i3's and a Core 2 Duo T8300) 1 all in one touch screen desktop with an i3 and 4GB of RAM 3 tablets a 12 inch with an i5 U470 and 4GB of RAM and 2 8 inch tablets 1 with an Atom Z3735F and 1GB or RAM and the other with an Atom 3740 and 2GB of RAM. I have 1 small form factor PC and 1 mini PC the mini PC is a MeeGo Pad with an Atom and 2GB of RAM the SFF is an Asus EEEBox which has a AMD chip and 4GB of RAM. Now all of these systems run Windows 10 and they all run LB to varying degrees. The 1st four run the program excellently and all but the i5 3330 can handle any emulator you throw at them while this one can play GameCube Wii and PS2 games it has issues with keeping up sometimes due to the fact that it is a slim case form factor and there isn't enough room in the case or power from the PSU to have a graphics card. The laptops all work but to varying degrees the Core 2 Duo won't run RetroArch for some reason it crashes it every time. Also on every one of these except for my newest one with the i5 I wouldn't try to even attempt to run Gamecube PS2 or anything of that nature because it just isn't going to happen. The AIO desktop is also limited by the lack of GPU so nothing above PS1 and N64 would probably work on it I may be able to push Dreamcast if I used NullDC instead of Demul but I haven't really tried yet. The i5 tablet is ok for up to N64 but the 2 atoms struggle on some N64 games while playing others fine also none of these will handle Sega Model 2 or Sega Model 3 emulators without considerable lag. The small form factor PC handles PS1 and N64 but nothing past there and the mini pretty much has the same limitations of the 2 tablets that have the atom processors. Sorry this got a little long but you asked about hardware and I have a lot of it.

Think it would run alright on a tablet with 1GB of RAM and an Atom Z3740

Nice your tutorials are always great. I've learned a lot of stuff off of them about RetroArch, translation packs and other odds and ends but I think for all of them that I had already gotten all of those systems working so it will be nice to actually use one to setup something new.

    That's pretty nasty.

    Videos

In reality though does EmuMovies own the rights to those videos or are they all copyright infringements of the original right holders? Not that you should do anything underhanded to them just they wouldn't really have any legal recourse if you did.
  6. Would be better if it was in the context menu or if there was a ctrl+"key" to favorite things.
  7. Don't think that is the case since he has them working outside of BigBox.
  8. Ok if you are using .bin/.cue files can you confirm that LB is pointed to the .cue file and not the .bin
  9. Which Playstation emulator are you using? Are you using any command line parameters for the emulator?
  10. If you want to use save states but also save the games directly from the emulator once you start a game go to F1 and in the quick menu go to core options and change Player 1 Pak from none to memory
  11. I use MAMEUI and I'm pretty sure that I've never had to set it to run in full screen
  12. I have 4 of those and I haven't had an issues with them so far some times you just get a bad drive unless its a PNY then its all the time.
  13. I have a small stupid request. When you are in the menu for BigBox and it says switch to Desktop can we change that to simply say LaunchBox? I think it will look cooler and also its good for branding
  14. That is my main issue with the emulators that are available they have shitty controller support If you still your controllers I believe there is a a USB adapter that is available
  15. I don't test them all personally but if I run across one that doesn't work I try to replace it right away. Intellivision is a tough one to start with because I don't really like any of the emulators. One thing for sure is that you need bios files to get Intellivision to work so make sure you have those files or you won't get far.
  16. Simply Austin has some great Taito Type X tutorials on YouTube and you don't even need the loader plus its easy to set the games up in LB once you see how to get them up and running.
  17. Voted and added my ideas in the comments
  18. To expand on this maybe a recent games that show like the last 5 or 10 games that you played and even a frequently played list also that shows games that you play on the regular If you start the BitBucket ticket post the link here I will definitely vote it up.
  19. You can edit the games after the import and add the region. After that there will be a region listed on the right in the games detail pane. Alternatively you can add the second game as an additonal app to the first game and only show the one game but when you right click on the box art it would give you the option to play the other region. To do this you would right click the game that you are going to keep. Go to edit and once the edit form opens click the additional apps tab. From the additional apps tab you want to click add application when this form opens you willl fill out a name so say for Super Mario Bros. I would name it Europe but you can name it whatever you want then set the directory path to the European version of the game and check the use emulator check box. Now you have one box for the game in LB but can launch multiple versions from that one box. Unfortunetley LB does not use any type of folder structure so subfolders are not a thing that is available but they would be great at keeping multiregional games under the same platfrom. You can however you filtering to achieve results that would only show games from the region that you want (I'm pretty sure you can filter by region but have actually never tried it myself). I hope some of this is helpful to you and don't hesitate to ask any questions that you may have on the forums.
  20. Do the games work alone in RA? If the games are in .bin.,cue make sure it is pointing to the cue and that the both files are named exactly the same. If these games don't work outside of LB the possibility of bad rom always exist or actual problems with what is in the .cue sheet
  21. We can't tell you that and really your not supposed to ask. I'm not trying to be a dick or nothing that is just the rules of the forums no asking for ROMs or BIOS files due to copyright laws.
  22. That's the beauty of LB you don't need to buildin the reader support you just need to point your favorite reading program to LaunchBox I use LaunchBox to launch Plex, (movies, music, audio books and TV) SlingPlayer (live TV) Freda (eBooks) and CDisplayEX (comics). What you use it to launch is entirely up to you its extremely versatile except for the limited scope of the data scraping which is currently constrained to only one type of media.
  23. We need both. I'm pretty sure we are trying to gather regional images. Sorry that I haven't been doing much moderating lately as I've been dealing with family issues and my math class is keeping my busy also.
  24. They only went up a few days ago. I'm sure they will end up with posts in them sooner than later.
  25. Your book collection looks great LB has unlimited potential as a launcher. Your books look far superior to my Calibre library I just don't have the dedication to add all the metadata to LB.
