  1. What are you trying to do? You asked earlier where the enable/disable "Show favorites games" and "Show Recent games" options are and there they are in your second picture highlighted in green.
  2. Go to your launchbox folder and go to Images > Platform > "Choose your system" > Fanart You may have to refresh your image cache after as well.
  3. options have been organized better in the last update. Should be now in Options>Views
  4. Have you tried any of the steps in this thread? Could be an issue with the core that your Neo Geo games are trying to use when launching from LaunchBox/BigBox. https://www.launchbox-app.com/forum/troubleshooting/please-help-troubleshoot-retroarch-launching-cps-games

    RocketLauncher

Simply austin just posted his launchbox with rocket launcher tutorial on YouTube. Haven't watched it yet since I'm at work but I'm sure it is top notch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1WbSAkPrjE
  6. The AKI wrestling games on N64 are IMO the best wrestling games to ever come out. Too bad we didn't get anymore after No Mercy.
  7. Sounds like it is loading those images for the first time and storing them in cache. Sounds normal and shouldn't happen in the future after you do it once. Also since you have so much ram, I would recommend you go to the options menu in LaunchBox and increase your Ram cache to maximum.
  8. Shadow on text (Images as well?): In this example, I will add shadows to the game wheel view description text. 1. Select "WheelGamesView.xaml" in the solution Explorer 2. Then select the right-side of the view 3. Now in the Properties tab, go to Appearance > Effect > New 4. Select "Drop Shadow Effect" and hit OK Now save everything and open your theme in BigBox. Text should now have shadows in the Games Wheel view! :) Before: After:
  9. Adjust Wheel Curve: -To to the your desired view that you want to edit and find the grid that contains the wheel. It should be this line: <coverFlow:FlowControl x:Name="FlowControl" HorizontalAlignment="Stretch" VerticalAlignment="Stretch" Grid.Column="0" CoverFactory="{Binding CoverFactory}" ImageType="ClearLogo" CurveAmount="4.5" CameraZPosition="3.0" VisibleCount="14" PageSize="6" /> -Adjust the value in CurveAmount effects the curve of the wheel. 0 makes the wheel Vertical with no curve.
  10. Thanks Jason! The tutorial taught me a bunch! Found out how to adjust the curve on the wheels by adjusting the "CurveAmount" value. Also discovered how to add shadows to text. Makes it really pop really nice! Before: After: Quick question. Is there anyway we can have the Wheel fade-out when not in use?
  11. https://www.launchbox-app.com/forum/games-database-news-and-updates/moderator-guidelines Here are the moderator guidelines. Wish it would be posted somewhere more noticeable like on the GamesDB section of the site, instead of the forums.
  12. Have heard good tings about WIT: Wiimms ISO Tool as well, but found it a bit too complicated (too lazy to learn how to use it lol). Don't see why not to post a link: http://wit.wiimm.de/ I ended up just compressing my wii games to gcz. Was just easier and wasn't sure if Wiimm would split large WBFS files.
  13. Just incase someone stumbles upon this in the future. PLace the video in "Launchbox>Video>Platform" folder and give it the correct System name.
  14. Something like HyperMarquee: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/files/file/7397-hypermarquee/ That would be pretty awesome! If Jason ever decides to implement this, he may have to buy another arcade cabinet for "testing", just like LEDBlinky
  15. There definitely was one before. Not sure why it disappeared. Hopefully NMC will be kind enough to share again.
  16. I see. Sorry I missed your previous post. I guess all you can do is backup all your fanart and then remove it, leaving only a single image in the area I mentioned earlier.
  17. I would ask in the Hyperspin forums. I have seen it mentioned there a few times there, especially by Avar. http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/topic/15091-the-bliss-box-4-play-thread/
  18. Zombeaver said Okay cool, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing it somewhere. I think it might be a nice option to have for people that just want one constant background for the entire platform. Having game-by-game fanart is great... if the fanart itself is great... but I think we all know that's not always the case There definitely is a way! Place your background image in Launchbox>Image>Platforms>"Select any System">Fanart. This works for me. I have a nice single image background for all games within that system.
  19. Input mapper is for connecting your PS4 controller to PC. So I don't think that is going to work for you. Is there an X-input mode on that controller instead of mouse?
  20. Add bezels, global pause, add individual settings/configs on pre-game basis, launcher that can be used with multiple front ends, add nice fade-in and fade-out when selecting and leaving a game. I'm sure there are more.
  21. Can't see your screenshots. Are you sure you uploaded them to your post?
  22. http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/files/file/7382-steam-wheel-creator/ I know this tool is geared toward Hyperspin, but the artwork and videos it creates can be used for BigBox. Have never used it yet but have heard good things about it. Pretty much it grabs the videos from the games Steam page. Another option would be to download videos from YouTube.
  23. Yes these look absolutely gorgeous in Bigbox as Background video. Please make more Circo :)
  24. I know Sentai Brad raves about this, so I thought I'd post this here. I like to go to this website called Sharewareonsale.com. Every once in a while they have some good software that catches my eye that is heavily discounted or free. And today I see they have IObit Advance System Care 9 Pro: http://sharewareonsale.com/s/advanced-systemcare-pro-sale - Just click the orange "Download Advanced System Care 9 Pro" button - Then fill out the form. Shouldn't take more then 30 seconds. I recommend using just making up an email address and not using your real one. -After that you are taken to a page with a License key and download link to the software. Hope someone finds this useful!
  25. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62lTJJHgQ1U Its actually looking pretty good so far. Can't wait for full release. We definitely need better N64 emulation.
