Have you tried setting up the exit key in RocketLauncher?

I'm sure you could make a batch file that can do that for you when Windows starts up.

@nosh After you install the new beta, you have start BigBox one time and it should automatically populate in the themes folder. If you still have problems, here it is Documentation.pdf

I love the ZSnes view. Brings back a lot of good memories! It would be a great view for SNES, but not sure it would look right with other systems. I think being able to store a color or two for a system is a great idea! Looking forward to seeing more of this

To change the startup sound, just replace the "startup.wav" file found in the Sounds folder of your launchbox install. You can find some sound packs here or in the downloads sections and you can always make your own. Don't believe you can replace the splash screen at the moment.

For some reason when using VLC with this theme, Game videos do not display at all but I can hear them. System videos play fine though. Anyone else have these issues? I am on the latest beta. I believe it is 6.9 beta 2

Glad you got it figured out. In case someone asks about it in the future, I recommend checking out Simply Austin video on how setup Rocketlauncher and Launchbox to work together.

Besides reading the posts by Jason Carr in this thread, I don't think there is. There is a "Changelog" after you update within Launchbox in the options area.

Love the art on your cabinet! Don't know about it being the first BigBox cabinet in the world lol

Thanks for all the help this week Jason. You were right it was the screen transitions! (Phew) The only ones that don't give me any issues are slide, fade, and none. The rest cause major slow down in coverflows for me. Surprised no one else here really had these issues lol. Downloading the new beta as we speak and will let you know how that goes. No worries! This theme is awesome! Loving it. Also is it possible to change the color of the line under "Information" and the game title in the GamesView? I can change the color of the text easy, but not the line.

How good is the streaming on that? Last I remember, it was a bit choppy. Would love to do this since my Vita just collects dust.

I believe the media creator are not paid. In all my time there, I don't remember hearing anyone making money there for their work. The only exception maybe James Baker (Hyperspin Cinematic themes). Not too long ago he was going to move his themes to Emumovies and was going to charge $10-12. Current Emumovies lifetime members would get a discount of like $2 (so like$8 to get his themes) which is ridiculous. This royally pissed off a few ppl in the community and it changed that his work would only be in the HS platinum section instead.

Sorry If I'm being a grammar Nazi here, but shouldn't it be "Information" and not "Informations" in the games view ?

@Jason Carr I don't have that registry option as well. So I manually added it HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Avalon.Graphics\ Then I created the DWORD " DisableHWAcceleration " and gave it the value 1. Restarted my coimputer and opened BigBox. The performance became so bad that BigBox was unusable! I changed the DWORD value to 0 and and was back to normal with CoverFlow still not working very well. Let me know if my testbuild that I uploaded in my previous post gives you any issues. I'm starting to think it is my xml file. Will do more tests.

Thanks Jason. Appreciate the help! I was actually looking at that exact page last night, but unfortunately I don't have that setting. Will take a look at the registry portion though and let you know.

In order to get that check box to appear, I believe you have to have the scrape as option to be "Arcade" when you are choosing system to import. I remember running into this issue two weeks ago when I was setting up Mame on my LaunchBox.

I have an AMD HD Radeon 7850 2gb graphics card. Handles Killer Instinct and Street Fighter V pretty well. Just checked and I am on the latest drivers for it. I just used IO Bit Driver booster to update all my driver, still the same. Looks like the issue is happening in my Test setup of LaunchBox as well. I placed it in a zip and uploaded to MediaFire.

Hey Jason here is the video as promised. I am on the latest beta and deleted the entire cache folder. Then I cycled through SNES all the way through to get those images cached again. Then I started recording. In the first video I am just holding the right key on the keyboard. Gets really choppy including the game video as well. Once I select the game and the game video shows again, it runs like it should. Second video, I am just holding the key to go in one direction pretty much. I have removed clear logos, almost all videos, and background. Only the boxes to see what happens.
