Excellent looking theme , i have never used a theme before but when i saw this one i had to have a go of putting it my launchbox .But i have a problem with it , i cannot get my platform / playlist videos to work with it , could anyone advise me what i need to do to get them to show please Ok i have worked out the problem it set on a different view and not showing the videos

@modjoo yes that would be me and yes agreed region can be added later on ( better to get the art on first) and other data can be added later which is what i have been doing on the zx spectrum ( game type released etc) sorry about the long list of covers but i have a lot of time on my hands at the moment and i find it relaxing doing this

@Timbo74 sorry about the confusion earlier you will soon have the moderation status , also working through the amstrad games will be a great help to all of us

thank you everyone for stepping up on the moderation today i have noticed my moderation list go down a lot unfortunately or fortunately ( whichever way you want to look at it ) i have had a bit of time on my hands and have uploaded a lot more 3d box art so if you could do some more moderating when you can it would be a great help

well what i mean by pointless artwork is i have seen some artwork replacing images that are the same if not less quality than the image that was already there

yes i agree with both of you the moderation system needs a massive overhaul there should be some sort of a reward system I.E if you have a good approval ratio you should need less people to approve your submissions Total Submitted Changes 40536 Total Pending Changes 8803 Total Approved Changes 39020 Total Rejected Changes 171 I would say that i have proved my worth but yet i still have to have the same amount of approvals as someone who is just starting out submitting artwork Also i agree with you that there is a lot of poor quality and pointless artwork being submitted lately which is clogging up the waiting list and is putting a lot of people off moderating

moderations has slowed off a lot lately so i just thought id post in the forums that i am up to 76 pages that need moderating ( 10,000 or so items) so if you could spare a little time and check some out that would be great

Hi there i know i asked a while back if it would be possible to have a database status thing like the gamesdb have on their site where it is possible to see what artwork is missing on certain games to make adding art easier and jason posted a reply saying that it might take a while to put into website but a good idea, Well i was wondering if you could view games on the website by type ( clear logo 3d box etc ) a bit like you do when you view the art on launchbox/big box then you can see exactly what art needs to be added for each game instead of having to click each one and click images only to find that it does not need artwork

Hi @Jason Carr i was wondering if it would be possible to have a fruit machine menu on the database like we have on the pinball arcade machines as it is very hard to search for fruit machines especially games that share the same names as arcade games I.E donkey kong etc i feel it would really help and also would keep the arcade db tidy does anyone else on here agree?

I have stopped adding anything to the database at the moment as i am not sure if the moderation list will be wiped and dont want to have to do it twice

there is a big problem on the db at the moment moderations has been down for quite some time now so there will be a big back log for some time i feel

i am wondering if this current problem on the database ( moderation not working ) has something to do with the trolling that you are talking about
