  1. Retroarch64 is being removed from the store soon as all apps have to be 64bit going forward according to Google. So soon there will just be "Retroarch" in the play store. They explain this here. https://www.libretro.com/index.php/category/android/ Quote from the linked article, The 64bit specific version on the Play Store is pretty much redundant now, and you might as well use the main Play Store version. We are unsure yet if we are going to delist the 64bit only version or have it remain up. Just know that it no longer serves a purpose.

Then you will need some third party software, like Controller Companion or xpadder to map keyboard and mouse controls to a controller. EDIT: Even then though you wont have aim assist like the console version do as they are mouse and keyboard only and you would still be using that, so aiming wont be easy with a controller. I tried playing Call of Duty 2 that way before, it wasnt a good experience.
  3. Or if you changed what the save/load states buttons are in the emulator they may not show in the pause screen as the scripts will be for different keys.

Then set the controls in the game, Launchbox has no effect on Controls in games or emulators.
  5. Well as long as you download some platform videos then themes will be setup once downloaded. Videos are not provided with the themes themselves for two reasons, one to keep download size of themes down as much as possible, two so as to not force certain videos onto users, they are free to use any platform videos they like. Artwork goes in the Launchbox/images folder depending on the artwork type will depend on the folder but its pretty straight forward. Take Super Nintendo Entertainment System as a example. The games art would go in Launchbox/Images/Super Nintendo Entertainment System then one of the sub folders depending on the artwork type. Art work needs to be named correctly though, either the same as the rom or the same as the game is named in Launchbox in order for Launchbox to attach the correct images to the correct game. If you download the images from within Launchbox via the scraper this is all done for you. Platform specific art would go in Launchbox/Images/Platforms/name of platform/image type.
  6. Yeah i actual experienced this issue myself the other day after a windows update, Launchbox just stopped loading. In my case it was riva tuner, once i added a exception to it for Launchbox it worked again just fine. I have been using riva tuner for years with no issue with Launchbox, although other users have had issues with it in the past. Seems like i finally caught that issue also after the last windows update. Adding that exception fixed it right up though.
  7. Often themes will use a fullscreen platform video on the platform select screen, so no videos=black screen where the videos would normally be. Now you have premium you can download platform videos from Tools/Download Platform/Playlist videos.
  8. I just tried and it downloaded just fine. Here is the version i just downloaded from the linked thread. Cue or GDI to CHD.zip
  9. I'm trying to help him with this in colpipes discord but im at a bit of a loss. He has three Launchbox builds on the same PC but on different drives, one works and two dont, but they were working previously. Any thought as to what could cause one build to work but others to not @Jason Carr?
  10. You mean the "Recent" there with the four game boxes? If so that is theme dependent, its entirely up to the theme creator if they include that or not.
  11. Can you share a image, and which themes are these? A lot of themes use a fullscreen platform video on the platform select wheel, so if you have no platform videos you would just have a black screen on some themes.
  12. Because they dont support the current version of romsets. Android uses the 2003 set or the FBA set for the most part due to hardware power concerns, much like the Raspberry PI.
  13. You can highlight multiple entrys, just hold left click and drag.
  14. In the Tools menu, just select the platform in the left sidebar of Launchbox, then Tools/Audit Name of Platform.
  15. The romset type doesnt matter, i use a Split set personally. Its all to do with the various filters on the last page of the import wizard. I personally dont touch any of it and leave everything at defaults.
  16. Or use the Audit tool and sort by that image type to group all games missing it at the top of the list, then highlight them all and right click.
  17. OK was just checking as i also have a P20 PRO and i use Retroarch and i exit it from the combo i set in the Retroarch input settings.
  18. How are you exiting from the emulator, which emulator is it?
  19. Agreed, but, https://www.merriam-webster.com/words-at-play/could-couldnt-care-less
  20. And this is coming from myself personally, i dont care or take the time to even consider these comments, i have no religious faith at all, i think its all a bunch of shit, but I dont go hex editing programs to hide it though. That makes me think you have some hardcoded parental faith in you that you are scared of. Take it elsewhere.
  21. Why? what a load of effort for no reason? You know what you can do with the "offensive" bible quote, ignore it.
  22. Also to add to this also check the actual power options for the power plan you are on. I dont know if its a different way to get to the same setting, or if one or the other over rides the other, so worth checking both.

You dont need to get it in to Launchbox. Its its own app, just setup profiles for games/programs in it and they should autoload when you launch those games/programs. It has nothing to do with Launchbox, Launchbox wont even know its there.
