  1. You can easily add your own, or rename what is already there, i renamed the genesis and sega cd ones to the megadrive versions, and i added a image for sammy atomiswave, just add them to Default Plus/Images/Icons folder.
  2. Bigbox uses a GPU when present for its rendering, you have a low powered one so its probably running at 100% would be my guess. Actual emulation for any system that is not 3D and upscaled will only use the CPU and wont touch the GPU at all, so my guess is its the GPU doing what it should, running as fast as it can, which of course means more cooling needed, but when running a game Bigbox is frozen and only the CPU is used for the current running game. To be honest i would be much more concerned if i had a dedicated GPU and the fans didnt come on, and lets mot forget this is a laptop and not a desktop with good cooling.
  3. Set type doesn't matter, Launchbox will still organise everything the same way based on your options chosen in the MAME fullset import wizard, romset type has zero impact on the importer, we don't even look at your files to see what you have. Only way i can think of would be to expand all those versions out via the expand tool, then use the combine tool to combine them back together without including the one you want left separate.
  4. You have always needed to pay for their service for music, manuals, and videos.
  5. You dont have videos there either, so its a free account by the looks of it.
  6. What does it show in the emulation tab? If the emulator is saying its a GBA rom then it must be, so you have something setup wrong somewhere.
  7. Sounds like you imported GBA roms to your DS platform. Right click the game you are trying to run and go to Edit/Edit metadata, and in the new window that opens go to the Launching tab and take a screenshot and post it here.
  8. You can use Launchbox to mark all games in a system hidden, this will then hide said system, then both Launchbox and Bigbox have there own settings for if hidden games are shown or not, so you can hide/unhide as needed in either UI.
  9. What do you mean, you were not using PPSSPP originally? If so might of been good info to provide in your original post, i wouldn't use the retroarch core at all, as its simply not as good, and this bug you found is likely a retroarch bug.
  10. Well i just downloaded the first iso i found, and it works just fine.
  11. This should be fixed in the current beta, and further the next official release which is coming soon. Your error is not pause theme related, its related to the actual Unified Bigbox theme which you must be using.
  12. What platform are you trying to play it on?
  13. Which version of Launchbox? Im gonna guess 12.9? This is actually fixed in the current beta, so you could update to that from within the program, or wait for the official 12.10 release which is coming very soon. This was a issue with the emumovies API being changed so we had to add code to support the new calls.
  14. Yeah i see you have no dedicated GPU there, Intel are notorious for bad graphics drivers so as Jason said i would definitely look there and update to the current drivers, i have seen several people with intel based handheld devices on the forums here have graphical issues, and it was always solved with driver updates. That's one of the problems with a iGPU, not only are they very weak, even compared to a very budget priced dedicated GPU, but the drivers are often trash as the same iGPU is used for several generations of CPU as they get updated far less than the actual CPU block on the chip. If i was you i would look into a dedicated GPU, Bigbox will make use of it also for improved performance there.
  15. The scan for roms tool should never be used with MAME, MAME is different to every other system, so so is our importer, if that tool was to work with MAME you could end up with 10's of thousands of files imported, in which most do not work, or are not games at all. As long as you have a full romset and the matching version of the emulator you should not have any games missing as we get the working games list directly from the emulator. What games is it that you think you are missing, as they could be under other games depending on the region priority you specified in the MAME fullset import wizard.
  16. Without looking at your video, as i am not asking for a view request with my gmail account for someone i do not know, it sounds suspiciously like this issue.
  17. Any PC program that requires a different resolution than the current in use one should change the resolution itself, this is the same for emulators and media players especially. Going to ask the obvious but you are running in exclusive fullscreen right? Windowed fullscreen programs will always run at the currently selected PC resolution as they are what they say, windows but at full size, and not "Exclusive fullscreen".
  18. There is no specific hyperspin theme, the closest we have are the "Unified" themes, they are older but still work just fine.
  19. If you are using the MAME fullset importer with a full set, as you should, this doesn't matter. Launchbox doesn't look at your rom folder at all, it doesn't know if there are roms in it, let alone CHD's.
  20. Sounds like you used the mame fullset importer without a actual mame fullset, mame 2003 isnt a fullset, or a official MAME one.
  21. Ill check that here in a second. I will note though that after the error i closed Bigbox, and when i opened it again i received no error and the theme and Bigbox behaved as expected, so in my case the issue seems to be actively changing the theme via Options/Views that triggers the error rather than the theme itself.
