  1. Mine took a couple of minutes, actually much faster than usual.
  2. Ha Ha, downloaded that about 20 minutes ago!!!
  3. It should have nothing to do with your genesis config.
  4. Its called beetle in my retroarch.
  5. You can keep them zipped and launchbox will extract them when you launch a game, there is a tick box somewhere during the import process, I'm not sure where though as I have never used it. Personally I would unzip them all, your not saving a whole load of space by keeping them zipped anyway.
  6. Unfortunately there is no moonlight app for the wii u, that would be really cool. I could stream bigbox to it and play it on the gamepad!!
  7. I have my wii u hacked just needed a few files on a sd card. I have a hard drive plugged into it and run all my games from that. I personally have mine always offline. But the hack I use can be initiated from the home screen, so its a normal wii u until I launch "haxchi" which then launches into the homebrew channel, where you can run emulators or install games from the sd card.
  8. Same with PlayStation, just import .cue.
  9. Yeah you only need to import the .cue. If you import the .bin as well you will get duplicate games.
  10. Yeah if its a .bin it should also include the .cue. There are programs that will generate the .cue if your .bin doesn't have one.
  11. Launchbox servers, hence the problems. A lot of people couldn't even update to the latest beta either.
  12. Correct, and when you get to this screen select the middle option.
  13. No because they shouldn't of been downloaded originally that's why you got the 404 error. Also you can scan for media without re-importing and there is a option to only download missing artwork.
  14. The 404 error is often when emumovies goes down, which happens from time to time.
  15. The servers have been getting spanked recently, a popular youtube channel featured launchbox and we had a massive influx of extra traffic over the weekend. The forums were even down at times due to high demand. A bit of patience may be required.
  16. Yep its a good time to be a retro gamer!!
  17. Looks like the switch has a rudimentary hack already, how long till we can run emulators I wonder? http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-2017-has-nintendo-switch-already-been-hacked
  18. Well for each different system you want to emulate you will also need a emulator for that system snes, nes, megadrive, playstation etc. Or you can use retroarch which is a program that includes multiple emulators in one program. As this is new to you that might be a bit more advanced for you, but is what I personally would suggest. It runs most systems all the way up to PlayStation.
  19. Well that tutorial is for SNES not NES, so it wont work anyway. A .NES file is a NES rom so you need a NES emulator to run it. That is the only file you need though.
  20. Sorry I don't understand, what are you trying to do?
  21. Is there any way to "what" a .nes file?
  22. Click your username at the top of steam, click edit profile on the right of the screen, it is displayed on the next page.
  23. Platform videos can be downloaded from within launchbox, go to tools, download platform/playlist videos.
