  1. Just import again but uncheck the box to combine games with matching names in the wizard. You can also do it manually by right clicking a game and choose "expand selected games".
  2. Correct. Depends on the emulator, cart systems are fully loaded, disc systems can usually be "Pre-cached" into ram, or read on the fly. Yes, that would be the recommended way, pull the files from the network but keep everything else local.
  3. Launchbox doesnt at all, but of course the emulator itself will.
  4. It's a lot more difficult than that, which is why Jason has said on multiple occasions that bezels will not be integrated into Launchbox/Bigbox at a official level. If a user wants to try and do it with a plugin they can try, but im not certain its possible, and certainly without interfering with the startup/shutdown, and pause screens.
  5. As in a home server that monitors the other PC's connected to it, and is pulled on mass to the local PC over the network? Do you have "two network devices" exactly accessing that at one time?
  6. Please either ask directly in eXo's thread, or find your way to his discord. We do not provide support for this here directly as its not a Launchbox product. eXoDOS v5 - DOSBox - LaunchBox Community Forums (launchbox-app.com)
  7. I have just done some testing here as well, following the steps shown in the video. I can't seem to replicate this either, it doesn't matter if i hit cancel or OK, when i go back in i still have the same amount of images as i had previously. So it has to be something specific to your system, but finding what that is is the trick. Could you turn on logging and repeat the steps in the video and provide the log?
  8. Are your theme videos in the parent platform name video folder and not in the Videos/Platform name/Themes folder? Cause it sure sounds like it.
  9. Just get a romset and the matching version of the emulator and dont update them ever. You dont have to update anything, and as i said updating the emulator will actually break things. What you are doing really isnt the recommended way and will always cause you issues, issues you wont have if you get a romset and stick to it.
  10. Probably if the roms are in the parent folder. I personally always just drag and drop though.
  11. What? nobody said you were bothering us, we are just stating that the issue you currently have is not with Launchbox/Bigbox, but with another program that we did not create, and that help may be slow as people here dont use that program for the most part. Its a bit like going to Microsoft's forums and asking for help to fix your car, some people may know how to, but most would not.
  12. Yes, if you just imported the whole folder it will do just that, import everything in the folder. Launchbox is file agnostic, it doesn't care what the file types are, and doesn't have a list of what formats a systems roms should be in, it just imports exactly what you tell it to. It's on you to ensure you are actually importing working files.
  13. Yeah, with this extra layer you have to get the games launching in RocketLauncher now, it doesnt matter if they worked in Launchbox/Bigbox, as we no longer launch them, RocketLauncher does. So your troubleshooting needs to be with RocketLauncher and why that isn't launching your games. You can ask for RocketLauncher help here, but it may be a long long wait as most people do not use it, as its not needed and complicates matters.
  14. Easiest way to import is to highlight the roms you want to import and drag and drop them to the Launchbox window.
  15. Delete the platform and then then import the actual roms this time.
  16. Does checking that box in your second image that specifically references Project 64 fix it?
  17. If the game works in Launchbox it works in Bigbox, and if it doesnt work in Launchbox it won't work in Bigbox. I have seen several posts from you from the last couple of weeks where you seemed to of started using RocketLauncher, it does seem to me that you have added a program that you do not need, or frankly understand how it works, and you are breaking things that previously worked. Why have you added this extra complexity? you now have to worry about if RocketLauncher loads games, not Launchbox/Bigbox as Launchbox/Bigbox is no longer the launcher, RocketLauncher is. So these issues are actually RocketLauncher issues now and not Launchbox ones anymore, and we don't support RocketLauncher as it's not our program.
  18. I dont even have a version of the WWF Superstars game named that way in mine, so it's probably a really old rom that is no longer used. Regardless though, dragging and dropping the file, or using the add button should work fine, just make sure you check the box in the wizard to "use mame naming for emulators other than mame that use that naming" if you are choosing Retroarch as the emulator. It does sound like you are hand picking roms though, thats not advised at all for MAME as you dont actually know what version the rom is, likely why your naming on it is incorrect, that rom no longer exists, also why you have to use such a old core to run it, as it's no longer a accepted rom. MAME is different from other emulators in that roms change all the time, and a rom is only ever guaranteed to work with one version of the emulator, the matching one (so if your rom is from a 0.232 romset you have to use version 0.232 of the emulator as well, the rom may not work in any other version as it may of been named that way and contained exactly those files in the zip for that one version only before changing names or files inside of the zip).
  19. Sounds like a video driver issue to me, are you current?
  20. You dont need to change any settings. If the theme is unzipped correctly to the correct location it will just work, that is why i asked if you have changed anything with the theme itself.
  21. They are there, always have been, just in a different location, our database those options are below the list, emumovies they are above the list, thats all, and it's always been this way.
  22. What theme? What images/videos and where they show is theme dependant. Also the priorities that you set in Launchbox are usually obeyed in Bigbox unless a theme has specifically been programmed to only show a specific image type. Details like the theme in use, as well as a image, would be hugely helpful rather than a vague description of what it used to look like and what it looks like now, that nobody can see.
  23. But then the list would be so long that you would need to scroll it, which you don't now, and then some users would complain about it being less streamlined, its a lose lose really. Personally i feel that separate screens for separate services is the correct way to handle it.
  24. It has always been that way, its not new to 11.12.
