  1. Nevermind, I just did it for the entire collection, choosing to uncheck everything and answered NO to the final question of replacing metadata....I'll see if that breaks anything, I hope not...
  2. I don't want to download metadata for everything, even if I uncheck it all...I have over 50k....is there a way to just have it update the community metadata only for my entire library? Thanks guys.
  3. for Symlinks I recommend this tool: https://sourceforge.net/projects/symlink-creator/ no command line needed.
  4. Exactly...I have all my images/cache on my SSD drive with symbolic links, it does help with the performance for sure.
  5. I run Launchbox entirely on an external USB 8TB drive myself
  6. You sure as hell shouldn’t have to eXo; you've done enough!!
  7. Good advice, but I'd rather waste the disk space, copy it and use it as it's released, LOL...can't wait!
  8. I use DELUGE and have no issues, they and others recommend qbitorrent, although I had major issues with that after awhile...kept stalling, but with deluge no issues at all anymore.
  9. Yeah sure Charco, here is the intro if that's what you mean, but I can't take credit for it, I took it from the downloads section here, haha Comic_Series.mp4
  10. Jason, this is a bit out there...but...I've imported over 2,000 comics into Launchbox, and even found an intro video for it, I've manually extracted covers using ComicRack and a plugin that lets you save the first page as an image, etc...it looks amazing, but Launchbox still of course labels everything (PLAY GAME), etc...well, because it's for games, LOL...I know it's a minor thing but is it possible for me to edit that platform only and change the wording to read or view comic, etc..?
  11. I'd love to design intro videos for custom playlists for Launchbox....what's a good place to start learning the easiest method? I'll acquire whatever software makes it easiest/fastest.
  12. Exo, one thing I noticed is that the collection does import adult games (EX: Young Stuff) without asking like it used to on the old installs...I want to import them, but I'd like to know which ones are adult so I can toggle HIDE in Launchbox so they don't show up when I demo BIGBOX to people...do you have a list perhaps of those titles in this release? Thanks.
  13. Thanks Jason, please keep working! :-) Haha! Really appreciate the progress!
  14. "- Fixed: After closing the Options window, the LaunchBox main window border was corrupted on some systems" Yup I had that issue....solid white border....locked up a bit, if that's the one.
  15. One question Exo, in your instructions to me in the reply in the last page, you said "copying the exodos folder will make the games work." Where do I copy that folder? You mean what's IN the folder, or the entire folder? Where? In my Launchbox GAMES folder? Thanks...
  16. The BETA is, but not the final version.
  17. I would also love this, or at least the ability to right click a playlist and EXPORT the GAMES (move or copy) to a folder named the same...
  18. So glad I have an excess of like 1.4TB in upload credit in PD!
  19. ExoDOS, thanks! BTW I don't mind replacing my existing TOTAL DOS MS-DOS import...it's a mess of games that work or have to have their setup/install.exe/bat ran first to run, or games that simply don't run, but I I like the idea of making an EXODOS Category instead and comparing titles later.....what are the drawbacks to not using the MS-DOS Category for eXoDOS, but still scraping it in LB? is there any?
  20. Agreed, please update this plugin as per above, otherwise, AWESOME!
  21. I may have missed this later in the thread, but when using Retroarch, are only certain emulators supported (EX: choosing a specific one for Nintendo, etc..), or any in Retroarch for that supported system?
  22. Retroacheivments that are coming in the new version (7.15) sound amazing...but does this feature require special versions of the emulators in question, such as the ones on this page, in order to work? http://retroachievements.org/download.php I'm concerned that these emulators won't be as good as what I'm using now, but maybe it's worth switching anyways if need be... Otherwise, how would it work?
  23. Nevermind I found it, thanks
  24. I’m sorry but I must have missed it somehow...where can I download this at?
  25. Seems like a lot...the most I've seen is 200: I think I have like 135 myself. I gotta double check...
