Hi @Papadon, I do believe that Big Box will take the height of your main monitor and determine text size based off of that. This is why when you set your screen as the main monitor, the text appears fine. Some custom themes are built using third party plugins that get around this somewhat, so you can say that it's theme dependent. Using these themes could help, or adjusting the resolution of your monitors to more closely match each other could help as well. You could also create your own theme and adjust text sizes to work with your setup. While these are not the best solutions, hopefully they can point you in the right direction.

Hi @BrainyCabde. If your PC crashes, pretty sure LaunchBox won't be able to do the necessary save procedures to save your download position. You could use the Audit tool to determine which games received media and which did not. Then select the games that didn't and run the Download Metadata and Media tool.

That does sound very odd. Themes don't actually control any of that logic, so very curious to know what could be happening here. A screenshot would be nice to see. What images are you trying to change?

Settings are saved when you close LaunchBox. Is it possible that you are rebooting Windows without closing LaunchBox first? This would force close LaunchBox and skip that saving process that happens in the background after closing.

Hi @GarbonZoni. Couple things: Your platform names and the names in Associated Platforms do have to match, so it's good that you figured that out. You'll need to uncheck the "Extract ROM archives before running" option, which is in the Details section of your RetroArch Edit Emulator window. All MAME type arcade systems cannot use this option.

Should be able to update all your fields by selecting all your games and running Tools > Download > Update Metadata and Media During the wizard, uncheck any of the media types and choose "Yes, but do not replace any existing fields or media (recommended)"

You can also remove, or change, animations for any Transition Presenter items by going into Big Box Options > Transitions. For you, find Game Image/Video Transition, and change that to something to your liking, or set it to None.

By default, should be in the root of your internal storage.

You can always manually place the License.xml file into the LaunchBox folder, then restart the app.

This is just a guess, but go into Tools > Manage > Emulators, choose your RetroArch emulator entry, and uncheck "Extract ROM archives before running"

Hi everyone, The first 12.5 beta has been released. Here are the release notes for beta 1: New Feature: LaunchBox will now track the time you play a game. Time starts when you launch the game and stops when the game is closed. While in the Pause Screen this timer is paused as well. Improvement: LedBlinky GameSelect event is now fired when game details are loaded instead of as the game is being entered. This should help with performance issues while scrolling quickly through a view. Improvement: Badges can now be viewed inside of the LaunchBox list view. Improvement: Big Box's Change View binding now brings up a selection menu (similar to the Change Theme binding). Improvement: In Big Box's Option Menu, items with multiple options will now bring up a selection menu. Also, Left will now move to the previous item, and Right to the next. Improvement: Most EmuMovies search processes can now be cancelled to allow you to progress in the tool the search was being used for. Improvement: The Download Platform Videos window has been converted. This allows for the use of the dialog theme colors and will help the window be more responsive. Improvement: The Controller Support section of the LaunchBox realtime filter will now parent items (similar to how the Genre realtime filter works). The cores are downloaded from libretro's buildbot stable release section. They unfortunately only offer one archive with all the cores inside. However, that archive is only 167MB large.

Hi @bran479. Is it possible that you have Version enabled, under View > Show / Hide > Versions ? When this option is enabled it adds whatever is in your Versions field into the title.
