So you got Naomi rom in the roms folder..Check your Demul ini and see if on the bottom under files that the paths are set correctly.

do you have all the bios files in your roms folder?

that's exactly it..Had the same issue at one time.

Ok..So a few run in mess so the controls can be mapped, but im not familar with what games that dont.

The tutorial video is spot on worked for me..Make sure games load outside first then pay attention to the scripts for LB..I even made custom images for the entire setup.
