Possibly run LB ad admin? Also turn off smart screen and UAC (thanks @SentaiBrad I couldn't think of what it was called yesterday!). I've got LB in C:\Launchbox but have removed all local security prompts and run everything as admin.

So, I grabbed the 1.5.0 stable (just the exe and debug exe) and it works again No idea if that's the correct way to do it... but I simply cut the new executables into my existing folder and everything works fine. I wouldn't be surprised if I run into hiccups later, but I can always do a fresh install then if needed. So yeah... beware the latest nightly! Prior to updating I was running a nightly from about 4 days ago and everything was good... so they may have changed something very recently that played with the audio.

All cores... could you check your retroarch.cfg for me and see what you have in this line? audio_device = ""

Hi guys, So I just updated Retroarch to the latest nightly, and now everything I play (in RA of course) is missing sound! I've been through the GUI and turned it off > saved config > reloaded > turned on > saved confgi > reload etc. I updated using Stellar, and of course didn't backup my config (given that it's vanilla with no customizations anyway) - and also dont' really know how to undo an update Anyone else had this behavior from the latest nightly? and anyone able to give me the bullet points on how to roll back? Thanks!

Hi guys, when I import my games I never use the 'look for PDF manual' function (or artwork etc) as I'm on a terrible internet connection, and set the media etc to download overnight while I sleep. My question is: Is there a way to go back and retrieve the PDF manuals for games after the initial import?

Has anyone been able to do this natively?... I've just finished setting up Daphne but with I map controls it doesn't recognize the joystick or the D-Pad... If anyone knows how to get this to work please comment

Thank guys I was hoping it was basically a copy/paste and seems like it'll be close enough I use LB from C:\ and keep all emulators within the LB folder, and then ROM's on D:\ in their own folders, so should be a pretty easy move. Thanks!

Hey guys, I've put a fair chunk of time into configuring my first launch box and I want to do two things 1) back it up the best way possible in case the pc it's on dies (I believe I saw a thread on this already about cloning the drive) 2) I'd like to essentially duplicate launchbox, my emulators, and roms onto another pc or laptop (the OS level I would take care of manually) with as little reconfiguration as possible. The closer I could get to an 'unzip and start playing' the better. and in case anyone is wondering, yes it's purely for my own pc's and using my purchased license. I happen to own a number of pc's and would like to duplicate my setup rather than having to build it a second time onto another pc for another room / for the kids etc looking forward to the advice!

@SentaiBrad which one is the latest that you're referring too? That Vectrex or ColecoVision MESS ones? I've watched the older Atari5200 and Emulating MAME (which shows RetroArch core use as well, which I chose to use RetroArch for ease of use). Sounds like using the latest MAME is going to be a better alternative, just want to get the right tutorial before I start configuring

Hey guys, I imported my MAME games and used the built in importer to elect not to import fruit machines, mechanical etc.. then part way through the import i killed it, deciding to come back to it later. Now later on I re-did the import and I never got the option to select what I did and didn't want to bring in, and it appears to have imported everything. Now that it's all imported, is there a way to re-run the tool and tell it to dump/hide/delete the machine types I don't want? Thanks!
