Check your associated platforms tab in LB setup for Retroarch. Make sure it is showing the your SNES platform name as it appears in LB, the correct core is listed, and the core is not showing it is missing.
Well no users have actually requested that be an option so likely something niche enough it will be a while before it becomes an option. Recommend submitting a feature request on our bitbucket so users can vote for it.
The mame full set importer does not import device and bios files. If you leave the default importer check box items ticked when you run it then LB should import around 2800 titles. None of which are bios or device files.
Nothing happens to games when you delete a playlist. They belong to the platform you imported them into. So they stay in the platform. That's what C-Beats was explaining.
The list is in the original 2019 poll thread. Jason has been checking off what he has done. Not sure how up to date it is as I have not worried about it. But it looks pretty up to date. The top 20 on the list I believe are what is being worked on. Jason has mentioned few times already a new poll will not take place until 2019 items are wrapped up.
Try just moving the rom. Since you only have the one NES game just move that to a folder path that does not have any accented characters. Then right click the game and change the rom path. Then try launching.
Combine the roms in Launchbox into one title. Then in either LB and BB you can choose the version. In BB in the game details screen you will see Additional Apps/Version option. Click it and it brings up the different versions.
I will definitely say purchase a license. I have enjoyed the product for over 3 years now and our two devs just keep making it better. I know they would appreciate the support. Should be easy enough to fix what you have and get it a bit cleaner.
I see you did not put the mame roms inside the Mame\Roms folder you embedded one folder more. Which is fine you, but you do need to go into Mame and tell it to now look there. Also I do not see a Mame.ini file. This usually gets generated if you run Mame64.exe and save the current settings. At that point Mame generates the ini file.
Did you tell Mame where to find the roms?
Ok then that is definitely a disconnect in LB settings and has nothing to do with cores or bios files. Since your game play in RA properly.
Can you right click a game for NES and edit. Then share a pic of that full edit screen showing the Launcher tab showing and then same pic with the Emulation tab showing.
Also FYI you do not need to use an image hosting site you can attach them directly to the post.
Yes. That is the spot. Vertical Wheel 3 is fullscreen. I recommend set a key/button to change views that way in the games list you can hit that key/button to change the view on the fly.
@ci2own Quick question for clarification. In your first post you talk about platforms then in your second you are mentioning playlists. Are these two separate issues? Are you missing platforms or playlists? They are not the same so just want to clarify.
The theme you are using is designed to show videos in that box. All themes have multiple views and some will have a view dedicated to fullscreen video, some may not. You just need to change views. I believe the Unified and Unified Redux themes have a fullscreen view for videos.
Are the the videos files named exactly as the game is named in LB? The file needs to match either the LB game name or the rom name. Also there is an option in BigBox in the videos setting to "Prioritize Game Theme Videos".
If the game theme videos are not available in Emumovies and are only posted on our forum there is no way to download them directly in LaunhBox.
