im trying to understand the problem you are conveying... the dots represent trimming as it cannot fit the letters "sell" into that row you can set trim to None and it will simply cut off with no dots or change trimming to word and you will get Nigel ….

The length of the text in your example is causing the overflow, I assume you don’t want the text to go to 2 lines click on the text wheel properties and set wrapping to no wrap and trimming to character/word (your preference)

My bad... @Rincewind did some testing as I’m not in front of launchbox/bigbox Go to launchbox , disable all priority images associated with cart front. Then the fallback image you specified via the creator will be displayed

Best method would be to develop a converter , the converter would accept a path to a config/xml file and a node you wish to retrieve a value from

very odd, ok try this 3rd test unblock MatrisTest3.zip then unzip and placed in the Themes Folder, select MatrisTest3 then exit bigbox, then reopen bigbox and select a platform and take a screenshot from the game view ? MatrisTest3.zip

@faeran would have to release the theme project in order for you to edit it. Having an ultrawide version would be sweet, perhaps you guys can figure something out

It could be one of the first yes, what themes do you have that you have no issue with? I’ll take a look at them in the forum and create a debug version for path name analysis

I created a network share and launched the exe from the network and all themes developed using the creator new and old worked as if they were locally installed (slow boot up though) so it must be the way in which the NAS shares its content, what is the make and model of your NAS? ill see if I can get one on loan and if I can then I’ll hit you up for the configuration

well I am familiar with a NAS as far as using it as a media streamer, but not for launchbox/bigbox use. so is your exe on each pc or do you launch the exe from the NAS ? I havent given up, I'm just having trouble replicating your setup

very odd. so launchbox\bigbox is on your NAS and your NAS launches BigBox or you launch BigBox on a separate PC ? I dont have a NAS, so I am unfamiliar with this setup
