Didn't work. I received the same error message. Also, line 115 was the line with "return true." Not sure if that's what you meant.

@jayjay The font tool is slick! The only issue is saving. I'm getting this error - SendMessage failed. "Does the following WinTitle exist?: Config.ahk ahk_class Autohotkey"

Thanks @funtasticguy! I do plan to continue adding more emulator support. I've been pretty busy the last few days, so things have been a bit slow. Hopefully things will pick back up soon.

@Kondorito Zrnic rg, is the name of the font. Just replace that with whatever you'd like.

@Kondorito The background is just a .png that's bundled with the script. You could use any pic you want. Just replace the .png called PauseMenuBackground.png with whatever you'd like.
The font can be easily changed too. There are 4 lines in the script that say "gui, add, button" followed by the font name. (I want to say lines 29-32. I'm typing this from my phone, so I can't look right now). You can change the font name to whatever you want.

Ha, I didn't leave if off intentionally. I never really thought of adding it, since originally I wasn't even sure that I'd get this thing going and working. I guess I didn't think to circle back to that once I realized I was going to release this.

Haha, well, your explanation actually explained what was going on to help understand the solution. I just jumped right to the solution with blissful ignorance as to why it worked.
A theme editor sounds awesome. I'd have to imagine after basic functionality, stability and ease of setup, which seem to be currently provided, a theme editor would probably be what people would want the most. Well, that and the ability to use the PauseMenu on other emulators, which I'm currently working on.

Haha, you're a funny guy. I think I'm getting it. If the button info in my script change where they're located according to the line they're on, they have to match those same values in your script.

@jayjay I released an update and added your config, which is very slick. I also included some of your other suggestions to make it easier to setup. I plan to look at some of your other ideas in a bit.

There's been a few small updates. PauseMenu v1.02 is available in the 3rd party apps download area.

@Styphelus You could use it as a replacement if you wanted to. Right now it allows you to pause, exit the emulator, save and load states. It currently works with Retroarch, but I plan to add support for other emulators as well. If you're not currently using the Rocketlauncher pause menu, this is much easier to setup.

@jayjay, that's a lot of great info. Thanks for sharing. Would you be interested in working on this with me? Clearly you know a heck of a lot more than I do. I really wanted a pause menu in Launchbox, so I just decided why not give it a shot. I was hoping that there would be enough interest that someone or multiple someones would want to join in. I view myself as someone to get the ball rolling. So don't F off. Do whatever the opposite of that is, haha.

I'm pretty sure the only reason my script is pretty clean is since it's the first time I've really done anything like this. So, it has to be simple so I can understand it, haha.
I never would have even thought of the #NoTrayIcons. That's a simple thing to incorporate and a good idea.
I'm definitely going to look into the gdip suggestion. That's a great idea.
Feel free to change or add anything you want. My hope was for this to be something that people would be interested in enough to want to contribute whatever they see fit. Any poor scripting on my part getting cleaned up, adding features, artwork, etc...

This App relies on you having the default RetroArch hotkeys of F2 Save State, F4 Load State and P Pause.
Also, I did not create the artwork. I found it on a Google search. I do not know who created it or how to credit them.

Hi,
I started working on Pause Menus for some different emulators (RetroArch, Dolphin, Demul, PCSX2 and KAT5200). I'm going to post the RetroArch one here. If people like it or are interested, I'll start posting my other ones as well. Please read the, Read Me.txt, file for info on how to set it up.
The Dolphin Pause Menu has now been released in v1.03
