If it doesn't, then something is going wrong in configuring the account, or you have the wrong custom URL. Nope - still nothing

It's important to note that your Steam Custom URL has nothing to do with your Steam login ID, and may not be the same as your Profile Name. We can all thank Valve for making it so confusing. Your Steam Custom URL is available to read or set from inside of Steam. So first, open Steam, and then click your profile name at the top. Then, click the "Edit my Profile" link on the right. Your Custom URL is available on this page. If you need further help, please feel free to comment below. Just curious: when I access my Steam URL, it shows "https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/" and then my numeric profile id, vs. the "https://steamcommunity.com/id" shown in the precursor to the data field on the Launchbox import wizard screen. Definitely a newbie to this, and would really like for this to work, because this seems AWESOME, and you have done a really great job creating such a beautiful interface. In the top right where it says your profile name. Press "View my profile page". Your page will load. Right click on the background and select "Copy Page Url" from the context menu that opens up. Then paste the link into a browser or notepad and you should see the link with the id in it.

Muskillogemi
I have had a lot of problems with this. Thanks for the help everyone. In the end the only thing that worked for me is to remove the / symbol at the end of the url. My id was Muskillo/. I just put Muskillo and everything worked perfectly. Thanks

I suggest changing your steam custom URL to what your username is in the steam settings rather than it being a string of numbers, and simply adding that username in the import wizard when it asks for it, like so. You dont actually say what you have tried so im gonna start there, if that part is all correct then you only need your API key as all your privacy settings are fine. C-Beats
Do the following to get your custom url that you need for this: Open Steam Go to your profile page in Steam (click your username, then profile from the drop down) On the right hand side of your profile page click the "Edit Profile" button On the page that button opens to there is a textbox labeled "Custom URL" Enter that text into the steam import
