NJDave71
I went back to Beta 2 and everything is working great. There is something in Beta 3 forward causing issues with transitioning between views and lockups.
GreenGriffon
@Jason Carr Thank you - Beta 5 somehow solved the issue for me of cycling through games with background videos and getting errors.

Just to note that the back/exit not backing/exiting is still happening in the menu after changing a theme from the menu. NJDave71
Completed my testing. I updated my VLC to the latest version and so far no black screen start ups Definite performance issue between Categories and Platforms. Bigbox locks up for a minute or so. this was not an issue in Beta 2.
NJDave71
I just tested beta 5 on an Intel i5 with an integrated graphic card work machine using an external USB 2.0 HDD . i had no issues between views like i had experienced on an AMD dual core. it took 5 seconds to load Big Box. Now I am wondering if their is something with the AMD Chipset and WPF Apps.

Jason Carr
@NJDave71 @wallmachine Please test beta 6 (just put it out) and let me know if the performance/freezing issues are resolved. If not, there's one other thing that I can try, but I'm hoping this fixes it.

Did you replace the files in the LaunchBox\VLC folder?

ZeSystem
As a person who just loves reading changelogs, are there any for all updates? I just got an update for beta 6 and I was wondering if there were any changes other than the connection error fix?
