I did not do the modding, I simply tried the files from the default one that had it and it worked.

Can you let me know the text to remove in the xaml file and what one ?

The file you need to alter is "SideBarView.xaml" in default the template you are messing with starts on line 464. If you look in that template there are several text blocks in that dock panel. If you look at the text binding they correspond to the following:

Count - The count number on the right of the control when you have the options to show the counts on the right
Value - The name of the platform without count
Value - The name of the platform + count

Just remove the blocks you don't want to see

I'm glad to see you like it @zugswang but personally I find it too busy for my taste @dreamy but thats subjective of course.

Love this theme - I had two questions and I apologize in advance if they're stupid questions as I'm still somewhat new to LB/BB. Is there a way to remove the horizontal CRT lines added on top of the gameplay preview videos? And is there a way to remove the overlay pictures at the bottom of the same video (i.e. the pictures of the 3D box on the left and the picture of the arcade cabinet on the right)? I'm okay with the box art on the left, but I'd like to do away with the pictures of the cabinets on the right. TIA!

This is the wrong topic as this is the one for the LB theme instead of the BB theme lol Have you tried mapping a button to switching views in Big Box settings? There's a view without scanlines but I'm not sure about the rest of the overlaying items as it's been a while since I used that view. Please let me know in full detail what you want to have removed and what should stay and I'll cook something up for you, also what to do about the carts overlaying the box on the left side.

Sorry about that! I can post in that area if needed. I figured out how to remove the cart overlays, and I did map a button to switch views in Big Box but it seems the available options all still have the scanlines?

No problem man. I just checked and you are right about the scanlines in every view, I had one view without scanlines in an earlier version of the theme. You can go to Themes\Neon Deluxe Arcade\Media\images\scanline.png and remove this image, let me know if it worked.

Hi, I have been using this theme now for a few years and never looked back and really is a cool looking front end.  Highly recommended. 

But I have had some weird issue with Epic games for the last few months where  it won't display the gameplay screenshots in the game details, even though there are screenshots available there.  See image of Frost Punk which is an example of this.  Games scraped many months ago worked and their images are displayed, but the more recent ones seem to have this problem.  It only seems to be for Epic Games so not sure if tis my Launchbox or the theme itself causing the problem.  

Any advise is appreciated on how to resolve this.

Glad you like! It would be a good idea to change to the default theme first to see if its a theme specific problem or something else.

Its a great theme and glad you still look after it, it enhances the whole experience!.  

Apologies, I should have mentioned that it is exclusive to the Neon Deluxe Arcade as it does indeed work in the Default.  Also As I mentioned it seems to only be with the newer scraped games rom Epic.  Its very odd, so anything guidance would be great.

I dont use any stores myself so I can't replicate the issue. @faeran I know you're a busy person but if you have time could you look into the issue?

Hi I would love to customize this theme but change the color scheme to my favorite colors but I don't know what xaml files I need to edit to do so. I only use launchbox (no BB) and the view I like the most is what is attached.  Any help would be much appreciated.
