  1. Those running into the index error when navigating the new WallView, could you PM me info on what theme you are running, what platform, and send me your data folder (zipped preferably) so I can use it for testing. Right now I'm unable to replicate on my system so having the additional information/resources would really help narrow down the issue.
  2. Thanks for that. Lot of good information. I believe I may know what is causing that. I will take a look into it. Thanks again for the detailed report.
  3. No shouldn't need all of them 1 or 2 would be fine. Just enough I can make sure I'm seeing them on the Theme as they should be
  4. Could you PM them to me so I can attempt to debug with them?
  5. Is there a specific theme you see this issue with?
  6. What theme are you using, and what option are you referring to? Want to make sure I'm testing the report correctly.
  7. @wallmachine What theme were you using when you got this error?
  8. Was your import done on a beta version or the live 11.9? I am trying to replicate and have been unable to. Would it be possible for you to remove a game then try the import again to see if you still have the issue?
  9. Never mind, I found the issue. Should be resolved in the next beta release.
  10. Are you scanning for added roms for a specific platform or for all platforms?
  11. How did you import the games? I'd like to try and reproduce best as possible on my end so I can verify if this is just a process error or if we have a bug.
  12. Can you do the following: 1. Find a game that you get this error with, then right click that game in LaunchBox and select "Edit" to bring up the Edit Game window. Then check the application path of that game and make sure the file exists in that location 2. Make sure you don't have an emulator set for some reason on that game 3. Make sure if using the default DOSBox that you a \\LaunchBox\ThirdParty\DOSBox\ folder and that there are files in it.
  13. Yeah. Make sure you point it to the right location. Don't want it creating a LaunchBox folder IN your LaunchBox folder (if that makes sense, sorry coffee hasn't fully took hold just yet)
  14. Could you rerun the installer and let it complete all the way and let me know if you still have the issue? You can point it to the same directory and it will overwrite what it needs to (doesn't touch your data at all).
  15. Not seen anyone with that issue. Can you right click to get a context menu in the browser, if so is there a Reload/Refresh option (if so push it and see if that message still appears)? May be related to some security option on your Gmail account but I don't have enough information at this point to really tell you what setting would cause that or where to find it.
  16. Thanks for confirming it has been corrected on your end. @lupascu69 does the Origin import work for you now in 11.9?
  17. Could you private message me here on the forums and send me your Platforms.xml file (located in \\LaunchBox\Data\)
  18. Thanks for the report Cid. Have code in place to correct this for next release.
  19. Why not just have two installs? One for PC, one for consoles.
  20. Yeah, we've made changes for beta 3 that should correct this.
  21. Thanks for that @ToniBC. I do believe I have found the cause for that behavior and it should be resolved in the next beta release. Thanks for reporting it.
  22. @ToniBC on "Custom Options" pages what options are you selecting?
  23. Right. I'm just stating that the improvements were only from 11.9-beta1 and that anything already causing a slowdown in 11.8 was not affected. So in your case you should still be similar speeds to were in 11.8 but faster than you were in 11.9-beta1 because we didn't add logic that would increase the load speed of your playlists (for example)
  24. That change was to logic introduced in Beta 1 release, if you were experiencing slow downs in 11.8 this change wouldn't affect that.
