  1. Ok I read that wrong, obviously you're asking to quickly favorite a game. So if you go to View -> Game Details (Or Ctrl + T to enable it), you'll get the details bar on the right. In that bar at the top is a Heart icon when you select a game. Press that icon to favorite a game without having to open the edit menu.
  2. Like to quickly favorite a game or to take you to your favorited games?
  3. You should be fine, but if it is just for this game, my honest suggestion would be to either to buy a Steam or GOG version. That way no discs are needed. GOG and Steam games can also be added to LaunchBox. Granted, this isn't viable for every game and I don't think you want to buy the game a second time, but you shouldn't have to worry too much about no-cd exe's.
  4. Yes I have and honestly the easiest solution would be to find a no-cd exe for it. As dumb as that sounds, and isn't a real solution for a game you already legitimately own, in the long run it will just be way easier.
  5. I have no clue. Did you do the GPU Driver update yesterday? There is one in the Nvidia Expierence app if you didn't get it, or if you did it could be that too.
  6. @scree The problem should be fixed now.
  7. I just downloaded the Windows 10 update a few hours ago and I've had no problems what so ever. LaunchBox has been open, and I just launched an emulator just fine.
  8. Oh no, im cool. "Depressed". No need to boycott him, I'm just being a dork.
  9. Quite honestly, I do not know. That is a question for Jason.
  10. Seriously though, if Jason did buy me a camera (from another thread, and he also really doesn't need to) I could do on screen stuff. I don't have a green screen either though.
  11. Nice gesture, but I don't think it is the shirt that helps. Actually, the shirt is probably hindering more viewers. ;)
  12. If my PS4 controller is unplugged it will turn on the PS4 and once the PS4 is on, once I plug it in to my PC it doesn't work right. Even with it still plugged in, once I turn off the PS4 and the controller is plugged in to my PC it doesn't interfere with the PS4. It won't even turn it on. However, this is plugged in, not wireless.
  13. I honestly have no clue, I haven't used my PS4 controller wirelessly, but I would just turn off the PS4 or turn off the controller on the PS4. If you hold your PS Button and go to devices you can turn off a controller. So as long as you don't press the PS Button to activate the controller or turn on the PS4 it should be fine.
  14. I think this is probably because LaunchBox and BigBox shouldn't be ran side by side from the same install.

    Mame Roms

I used clrmamepro (or what ever the name is) by @CriticalCid's suggestion and it worked great. [redacted] also gave me a ton of errors, so I stopped bothering with them. Otherwise, when importing you can tell LaunchBox to still import Clone games if you want, but the average user may not necessarily care so we include options. All of your roms are still there where ever you left them unless you tell LaunchBox to move them, so nothing happens to them permanently.
  16. I personally use a PS4 controller myself, and have used a 360 controller in the past, but I never used them wirelessly. However, that won't matter. In terms of what controller I prefer, I prefer my PS4 controller greatly. The PS4 controller has a vastly superior d-pad over the 360 controller, and if you are going to play 2D games then this is a must I think. Otherwise, they're fairly similar, I just like my PS4 better (I just prefer Sony I guess). As for that Logitech controller, I've never used a controller from them before, but my Keyboard, Mouse and Headset are from Logitech, so they make good stuff. Honestly, all controllers will work, it will just be down to what you prefer to use. Download InputMapper and test out your PS4 controller. The PC will just think it is a 360 controller.
  17. Yea, it's all apart of ScummVM needing an overhaul. It is one of the only "relics" of LaunchBox pre-version 2 or so. Everything else over time has received an overhaul except for ScummVM. I created a ticket for the upgrade. Vote on it please so it can get up higher. https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/519/scummvm-overhaul-akin-to-dos-overhaul
  18. I get this too. It looks like Jason borked something with the recent website update. We've been trying to get the website more up-to-date with more functionality. I'll let him know so he can take a look at it today hopefully.
  19. So ScummVM should work like DOS when it comes to platforms, however ScummVM has been in need of an upgrade for a very long time. We currently have it on the list to get a revamp like DOS and MAME recently did. We have to go through special platforms like these 1 at a time usually because they require special rules. When all is said and done, ScummVM should function similarly to DOS. It will just take us a bit to get there, but it is indeed being thought of.
  20. Well... of course Jason has the simple plan. My mind went to a more hard place, as in stop the application from launching again by monitoring application name or PID's lol.... count on the software engineer to make me look stupid.
  21. It would be very difficult to have LaunchBox or BigBox suppress other software period, let alone without potentially being called a virus but AV Software. At least this is a guess of mine.
  22. So I've been trying to work on this since my last post, and I think the reason why it isn't working is because the latest Desmume launches a console first then the emulator. I've been trying to work on a script that delays the key presses, but I'm having no luck. I can't spend any more time on this right now, so I am letting you guys know what I've found so far.
