  1. We have a Steam group with a lot of us in if you need to message us, we have PM's on the forums, and also you don't need to sign up for BitBucket. You can leave tickets as anonymous.
  2. I agree, I think Jason does too actually.
  3. Because you deleted the platform and not the games. The games need to be deleted before the platform, so LaunchBox thinks you are trying to import duplicates. Re-add the platform, delete the games (platform disappears) then import your games.
  4. Then make that request in BitBucket. Send Feedback at the top. https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/new
  5. We've changed from the Games Database to our own LaunchBox Database. Right now user submissions isn't available, but we'll have that available in the future. If it was in the Games Database even last week, we've got it already. New entries will come, and user submissions will come.
  6. No problem, it's what we like to do. Enjoy your games. The quick 10 min I've spent in the DS Core options is making me very curious too... more testing!
  7. DOS76 said This page here under options says that you can set the BIOS language in the core options menu. Thank you for showing me that.
  8. There we go. I haven't looked in to the Core options of Desmume before, so this is why. Start a DS Game in RetroArch. Press F1 in game to open up the RA Menu. It should be in Quick Menu and if it isn't go to the top of the First tab and open Quick Menu. In here go to Core Options. Go down until you get to "Firmware Language". I had assumed this to be a RetroArch option, but I hadn't seen a language setting in RA or the cores I have played around with a lot didn't have language options. So I am sorry I was mistaken at first.
  9. That is a bit different, RetroArch is a different emulator completely. The core is based on Desmume, but the feature set (including language), can be completely different. This would still be something to ask of the RetroArch folks.
  10. That's not really how Emulation works. If a game has a different language you generally pick the language. Only later consoles might detect what language your console is in and change it. If RetroArch has different languages, I have never seen a place to change it. That is something you'll have to take up with them. There isn't anything we can really do about that, I apologize.

    Videos

Yea if you get video from other sources (EmuMovies is just an integrated option, provided you have premium for LB and EM) then in your LaunchBox folder is a Video's folder. In there should be a folder for each platform. Make sure these names match then put your video in that folder. The video also need to be named after the game name in LaunchBox.
  12. F1 opens the Retro Arch menu which you need to when a core and game is loaded for Shaders. F2 is Save State and F4 is Load State.
  13. Did you accidentally disable the frame limiter? I've played a lot of games on these two cores and they've both worked great. Try Pico Drive with your Sega Mark 3 and see if that changes anything. The Master System was based on this model for world wide release so it shouldn't be any different what so ever, which is odd. Genesis Plus GX is actually a very wide spread emulator for non-PC System's and is only available on PC through RA. From Emulation General: "Compatibility It is claimed that Genesis Plus GX can reach 100% compatibility with all commercial games released on the platforms it supports, all while being made primarily to run on Wii/Gamecube. It is recommended to use this version instead of the original Genesis Plus where possible. " Take it with a grain of salt I suppose.
  14. So if you need the color values: Blue: #3bbffe Purple: #bb4ab7 Yellow Green: #ceed07 Red Orange: #ff4900
  15. I can provide you with a production image. If you need the colors you can either load them up in Photoshop and color pick the values or I can get them to you in a bit, I am currently editing the tutorial for tomorrow so I am busy right this second. http://i.imgur.com/CVxPXeo.png Edit: The image looks broken because it is using black letters, but once you download it it is fine.
  16. Yea, thankfully we don't have to deal with the 90's and PC's from that time. It was so much more worse. :P
  17. Oh no, I never thought you were dumb. After reading the thread it was clear you knew your way around the technical side of windows, I just didn't think Partitions would be to blame. It being Driver related is no surprise. This happens a lot. I see it happen less with Nvidia stuff though and more with AMD GPU's. My Wife's AMD GPU gives us literally nothing but problems every single time she uses her PC.
  18. Dovella, I hid your log in a spoiler tag because of the length. Also, this is a stupid problem. I don't mean you guys, I mean MAME and Windows. I've installed windows on a partitioned drive several times in the past. Main Partition, Created Partition, Windows "Recovery" Partition that is created automatically. On this 1 hard drive since 2008 has been XP, 7, 8 and 10 multiple times and I've never run in to a corrupted System Partition before. This one is a really big head scratcher.
  19. Ah yea, sometimes I work faster than LaunchBox too. :P
  20. cash84 said I did an import for Windows games and I see that you can't pick which folder your games are in. I would get some of my softwares scraped thinking they are games. Any chance we have to an option like we would with importing Roms? So there is always the add button for manual adding, but no, there probably won't be a way to add Windows games like roms. It unfortunately doesn't work the same way. We can certainly always improve it but I don't know if there will be an official ROM like scanner for windows games. You could always work around it. Do a normal Rom Import, add files. You can go through and add them 1 by 1, set the platform as PC, pick an emulator and finish the import. Then when it is over, click your PC system name (or what ever it is) on the left. Ctrl + A to highlight all of the games, right click -> edit, this will bring up the Bulk Edit Wizard. Change "Use Emulator" to no. There is also Drag and Drop.
  21. Which is funny, I didn't think the Images were as professional as can be, but since I don't have a camera, it is what it is.
  22. Yea we noticed, you made Jason freak out. We jokingly thought it's been broken.
  23. Well that's the thing about the internet, it doesn't really matter who came up with the format first, and I am fairly certain I didn't come up with it. I just happened to start doing it close to the same time he did. I also happened to have similar stories. It's just how it works. We'll get to a good base with subscribers. It's what I've been working at for 7 years. Before I started making video's for Jason the channel had less sub's then I did, and after the last 2 months or so we're almost to 2k. So for me, it has so far been a success. I'd love more success, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's unfair.
