  1. If there are images in the media image tabs but not showing on the game list display it could be due to the image type you have selected to show in LB preview there is not one for that image type for the game. Example: I can you see have you images set to show Box-3D. If the game does not have a Box-3D image downloaded it will be left blank (you will see the gray box). What you can do in these cases is set a fallback option. In LB tools you will see "Image Priorities". In those sections you can set alternate image types to show if a game is missing the main image type. This way game boxes will not be left gray, LB will try to fill the void. If the game does have an image for the image type but it is still not showing try hitting F5 to reset the image cache. With regards to DoDonPachi III I am not sure what is going on. The game is in the Games DB but when you scrape for it the data is only pulling an alternate name of ddp3. You can select that and it will download images and then change the name to correctly show the full game name.
  2. In your \Updates folder are the installers of the prior versions you have used. Just run that installer over top your build. It will not mess up any settings. Note: Make sure you look at the install folder location before you execute the operation. Confirm it is not pointing the install to a \Launchbox\Launchbox folder. It should only be \Launchbox.
  3. Not currently.
  4. Probably best to ask in his thread. Not a lot of CTC creators on our forum responding to help questions and he is providing support from his patreon site, but does still respond here. You will probably get a quicker response in this thread.
  5. Next beta has a fix for this. It should be out soon. In the meantime you can reinstall the prior version if you need to have it in place until the next beta.
  6. You can email our support staff and see if they can send you one of the older 32bit installers. However, newer version no longer support 32bit. support@unbrokensoftware.com
  7. Try this.
  8. You can. Some users have shared their playlists as well as clear logos to support several playlist options. Just browse our downloads sections for playlists. On the right are category options for playlists media and shared playlist files. Those few you highlighted in the pic (Atari Classics, 2-Player, and 4-Player) should be there for Arcade. Those are not in the console playlists. https://forums.launchbox-app.com/files/category/22-playlists-playlist-media/
  9. Don't know. Not really a lot to go off of. What cover art are you specifically missing (Box, 3D Box)? What method did you use to import the roms? Where you pulling images from LB Games DB only or from EmuMovies as well? Some pics of what you are seeing would be helpful. Also is this a fresh build or did you have a prior rom set already in there?
  10. What the user was advising is when installing the latest beta the option for "View Additional Apps" is gone. I had asked to post of pic of what it looks like but the user had already reverted back to prior version and did not want to reinstall the beta. So the pic posted if of it from a prior version. I tested the same theme on several build and I still see the additional apps option. Possibly something amiss in the translated version??
  11. OK Thanks for clarifying. You will have to wait for the devs over the next few days to see if one of them can replicate the issue. Hopefully they can. I did test the lates beta over several cabinets and with CleanBG theme and I can see additional apps so it does not seem to be something affecting all users. Maybe since you are using a translated version of LB the issue lies within the translated version. It is a holiday weekend here in the States so devs may not be able to get back to you on this until Monday.
  12. I understand that it is not appearing for you. No need to repeat the same thing over and over. I am just trying to get more information for the devs. I am lost though. You say it is missing but the pic you posted clearly shows it is there. Is this a pic from a different theme than CleanBG?
  13. Can you test a different theme. Also provide a pic of what you are seeing from the Game Details screen. I just tested a bunch of themes with no issues so would be good to see what your screen looks like.
  14. What theme are you using? No issues here. There is a new feature for "View Additional Documents" which is where any cheats or other documents for a game are now located. You can see it 5 items below Additional Apps in the pic.
  15. The download for the item is in the first post. However, you do not need it as LB automatically generates an m3u for use in emulators that support it.
  16. I deleted your other posts. Please refrain from multiple posts of the same issue and allow some times for our team or users to respond. Our community of users that respond with help is small so it may take some time to get help. However, you are welcome to bump and old thread, just do not start a new one. There is not a way I am aware of to convert those to LB format. Note that most frontends are not compatible with their data so usually you cannot use something from one frontend immediately in another. It usually requires manual manipulation. I think one of our devs made a tool for converting data into LB useable xml format, but I think it only works if that file is on xml. I will have to see if I can find it. If I do I will post it here.
  17. The process for streamers is to email our support staff and make the request directly. You can submit a "Feature Request" using the option located at the top of the forum under Help & Support. For license name change: support@unbrokensoftware.com
  18. Yes, one caveat would be the emulators. If you place them all within the LB folder structure it makes is easier. However, some emulators (such as Dolphin) you will need to do a step to make sure it is portable. You can Google "Make Dolphin Emulator Portable" and its a simple process.
  19. Correct. You can also use the move option to move one fallback higher than the other. So you can classify the order of importance.
  20. Likely because there is nothing that defines a complete Retroarch. There is nothing that classifies a complete rom list or any of the other media items you mentioned. Retroarch is not actually an emulator. It is in essence a frontend, not to dissimilar from LB, in that its main goal is to allow you to run multiple emulators (the cores) in one frontend and offer some organization.
  21. The "Hide Games Missing" menu only has those options currently listed. I am sure at some future point that will get more media. In the meantime why don't you use the "Image Priorities" options in >Tools >Options >Image Priorities to set fall-back options when games are missing images for media types. Given how many platforms with games that could be missing certain media this is a great option to not have to hide a game. Cannot answer this from a dev perspective, but having this as an option is far better than not so for the time being one extra step I would say is better than what we used to have. Prior to this we had to add manually and ensure the image file was named properly. This feature thankfully will rename the images. No, the 2 are separate modes. You can switch from either easily simply by using the menu. In LB under >Menu is the BB logo to click on. In BB you can back out to the options page and select "Switch to Desktop Mode". Might want to check you controller settings in BB. Make sure you have it turned on and controller selected. LB is not really the game controller/arcade stick version of the front end. A controller can be used in a way. However, since most of it commands are driven like other Windows programs a keyboard/mouse is its main tools.
  22. New Discover Center is a neat addition. Noticing sometimes images for random slots are not loading. In any row 1 or more games will have a gray square. Scroll up or down a couple times and eventually the images appear. Seems to only occur on initial entry into the Discovery view. Back out and come back minutes later and it will happen again. Was able to see this happen on several cabinets. Seems like the images have not recached assuming these lists update on each entry to the view. I do like you can edit the xaml and create your own listings. Had to tinker to see what was under the hood.
  23. If you downloaded manuals through LB you should be able to right click a game and go to "Media" and you will see a "View Manuals" option
  24. You do not need to do it for every game. Follow this set-up guide.

    Default Theme

As promised: When you copy and rename the Default theme open the GameDetailsView.xaml. To get rid of the ClearLogo over the upper art image and the Text default fallback scroll to line and delete lines 1066 through 1188. Additionally to remove from the Platform level image open PlatformFIlterDetailsView.xaml and delete lines 250-311
