  1. Typically if you see them trying to download in the progress bar but they don't actually download it means you have the media limiter set and when we got to that file we determined you had hit that limit and then we skip the download. Can you verify that isn't the case for you?
  2. Can make one yourself using Auto-Populate playlists. Make it so the only line is: Controller Support - Supports - Light Gun
  3. To my knowledge all Epic store games should be working and have been for a while. What game aren't you seeing show in the importer?
  4. Installer should do it for you but if for some reason you need to do it manually you want the .NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime (x64) found here
  5. Want to set the background using an image brush.
  6. @Mr. RetroLust Yeah for some reason the file lock isn't being cleared as soon as it should be in the details. I can take a look at maybe getting a converter made that you can use in the bind that will ensure the image is loaded once and then releases it's lock so that you don't have this issue.
  7. Not at this time, it's seen more as a feature than a bug at this point. Could submit a feature request to have that functionality optionally disabled. In the meantime this marquee view should do what you want (though haven't tested it heavily so may need some tweaking for your needs) PlatformMarqueeView.xaml
  8. Yeah. Though any changes you make to that file in that location will be overwritten when you restart Big Box. You'll need to copy the Default folder and rename it to something else, then change the file and change Big Box to use that new theme.
  9. We automatically recreate them and add them back in if something in the application asks for one and you don't have one assigned to that platform.
  10. I presume you are referring to the Platform Marquee? That marquee doesn't use those image group priorities (those are for game images) and platforms have built in banners to help users get set up that will regenerate if deleted. At this time you will need to alter the PlatformMarqueeView.xaml file to remove banner pass to get it to display the way you want.
  11. The following should work if you have the right options selected regarding not adding spaces lynx96k -cass %romfile%:cass3
  12. If you're on 12.7 you can use the new marquee options to disable the theme's marquee view and use default which uses them.
  13. You choose via Game Details. Sounds like you have your Big Box set to skip that screen. You can do one of the following: Stop skipping Game Details (set via Options) Assign a key/controller bind to open Game Details (via Options) that you can then press whenever you need to enter details to pick a different version
  14. Can hop on beta and use it. 12.7 should be out pretty soon though.
  15. If your load times are that large on your system you have something else going on in your setup as that is extremely atypical. Some things I would verify are: Do you have a virus scanner active scanning the process, causing the process to pause while it's being scanned? Do you have a file sync tool running on the folder that would lock the file, making it impossible for us to open it? Do you have any third party apps running that alter/force video card settings on the application? (Things like NVidia control panel) Can you run a CHKDSK on the drive LaunchBox is installed to to see if there are any bad sectors on your computer? Can you open command prompt as administrator and run the command "/sfc scannow" (Without quotes) and then restart your computer and see if that helps? Also make sure you're NOT launching LaunchBox as administrator as it WILL cause issues and make it hard for the application to find it's files appropriately.
  16. It's possible but would require a theme to do it as LaunchBox currently does not have native support for Platform/Category/Playlist Marquee videos.
  17. First topic in the Beta Testing branch explains what's going on. In short, run the process. Once it gets stuck close it and LaunchBox and navigate to your \\LaunchBox\Updates\ folder and run the update manually from there.
  18. Most video cards now have helper apps that can force applications to render on a certain card. Make sure that isn't incorrectly pointing Big Box. Also in Big Box options is a screen refresh option, crank that up as high as you can and see if that helps you out.
  19. On the details towards the top is a tab control that reads "Overview, Achievements, High Scores". We hide pages that don't have data so you probably won't see all 3 very often. Click High Scores to see the leaderboards.
  20. How are you accessing the Edit Emulator window?
  21. I used Mp3Tag to remove the cover from all my files. Any tool that removes "Cover Art" from a MP3 will typically work to do so. You don't need a video editor to do it. Yeah, I agree. Unfortunately isn't much we can do to easily remedy this though. Thankfully most of the newer EmuMovies uploads don't have this thumbnail embedded in them any longer. There are systems that still have a large amount of these though (which is less than ideal). I'll keep playing around and see if I can find a better way of working around them, but I doubt it will make it in with the full release.
  22. Hey @DeadVoivod are you still having this issue? I thought we had this resolved but had a user report something similar and was curious if you were still seeing this or not. If so what version are you on now?
  23. The xaml file gets pushed out fresh every time you open LaunchBox. You already have what you're asking for in \\LaunchBox\LBThemes\Default\Views\GameDetails.xaml

    New badges?

I collect them in a feeble attempt to fulfill my childhood dream of being Scrooge McDuck swimming in gold coins.
