  1. Your mileage may vary based on your web browser and it's settings, but most should let you just drag the image from the website to the Edit Game window's image page and add the image that way.
  2. You should never use that functionality for a MAME set unless you have a non-merged set. If you are running split or merged which files you can safely delete is wildly different that non-merged.
  3. @ZeusMP Go to Tools > Options. In there check in the Game Details page that "Show Screenshots" is checked. If it is checked go to Image Priorities > Screenshot and make sure all the screenshot image types are checked.
  4. Inside of LaunchBox you should be able to edit the platform details by either right clicking the platform in the left sidebar and pressing Edit, or go to Tools > Manage > Platforms and then select "Arcade" and pressing Edit. In there you should be able to change the max player string to what you want as well as add any notes.
  5. I've not used it personally but I'd take a look at the following plugin. I know it does a lot of things similar to what you're asking for. It may not do it exactly but it'd be a good starting point for some one to author a plugin that would do this while you wait for any potential new feature to be added.
  6. 1) Upto you, we do allow Hack releases in the DB 2) The submission page (on the DB website) has guidelines on it regarding how to fill out the form. If you have further questions you can ask on the forums like you are now.

Overall this is correct. Regular license users CAN upgrade, they just will no longer be able to use premium features.
  8. Was able to confirm and it'll be corrected before release.
  9. Corrected. Thanks for bringing it to our attention @wet8092
  10. I'd assume clipboard DOES have a memory limit, but I'm not sure what it is. You could audit by platform then copy/paste and see if that corrects your issue for you.
  11. Data has been updated, added the following platforms: Nintendo Game & Watch Tiger Electronic Handhelds Both have been placed in their own category labeled "Electronic Handhelds" if using the all data zip file
  12. It's displaying the platform name which is currently set to "Games". To change it go to Tools > Manage > Platforms and select the "Games" platform and press Edit and then change the platform name to what you want it to be moving forward.
  13. If you don't use Big Box with a marquee screen they are typically pretty useless and can be removed to save space. Some people elect to use them in the LaunchBox image grid, but if you prefer to use boxes you should be ok to remove the banners/marquees.
  14. That may be the cause of your confusion. The image in question is the "Clear Logo" of that game, not a Banner or Arcade Marquee image type.
  15. The string is just the HEX code for the color. You can use a web color picker to get the HEX code for the color you want to replace it with.
  16. Please do your research before making baseless assumptions, this isn't a personal preference but one of the emulator in question. RVZ is the format recommended by the developers of the emulator in question. You can read more here regarding the problems NKIT format has. Downloading ROMs you do not physically own is illegal and not encouraged here on these forums. Again, not the best format for that platform. Preferred format for Wii titles is WBFS files. See linked article for similar reasons as to avoid NKIT. Not implying you can't do what you want within your own collection, only informing the community that moving forward your collection should ideally not be in that format according to the developers of that emulator for the reasons noted in the linked article.
  17. This thread is largely pointless at this point. Your GameCube backups should be in RVZ format anymore.
  18. Data has been updated, added the following platforms: Atari Jaguar CD Microsoft Xbox NEC TurboGrafx-CD Watara Supervision
  19. Pretty sure that video is by the emulator dev who is typically on his discord server. You could probably ask there.
  20. Hey all, strings should all be in for the upcoming version 13.13! Any assistance with translations you all could give would be greatly appreciated. As requested pinging everyone: @Opak @Kondorito @Cauptain @Nyny77 @dukeemu @cyanjiang @Just001Kim @MajKSA @gamehacker @alexposad @k_kutsugi @Bardock @Soomin papa @thewhite
  21. Well of course Joe is right... he copied me!
  22. Thanks for the report, was able to replicate and get code in to correct.
  23. It's not in your handheld section it's under it. In you picture Handheld is collapsed (can tell because arrow is pointing right instead of down) and your Lightgun category is next in the list, it looks a bit different because that category doesn't have an icon like the others do. That combo box only fills in with data from other games in your collection as I remember. After you change the first game to the new platform then it should appear in that drop down in future games.
  24. Just so I'm clear, are you referring to the Arrange By Platform setting in LaunchBox?
