    No I don't know much about it. Its ir and I have no clue what it inputs to the PC. I mean it has number keys and if I press them in a text box it types numbers so I always thought it was probably keyboard presses.

    This 7th gen Celeron is $45 https://www.amazon.com/Intel-BX80677G3930-Celeron-Desktop-Processors/dp/B01MYTY55V/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1498060262&sr=8-1&keywords=Intel+Celeron but depending how small factor you want it a Atom X5 would handle your emulation needs no issues but it won't be it won't be upgradeable you'll be stuck with that chip even if you aren't satisfied with it. I've bought a few cheap PC only to get new ones because I'm unhappy with the performance.

    No Windows Phone 8.1 doesn't support RetroArch and I don't think you can switch the OS or if you can I've never heard of it done

    yep I have an M8 but the Windows versions its a very nice phone.

    Yeah I have an old HTC One Max sitting around that thing would probably be beast on it.

    Oh I didn't realize it was that small and is only for phones most of the telescopic ones I've seen are for tablets

    Also if you do just drop the exes in and it doesn't work then you should try getting the redist next before going back to to your backup.

    RetroArch 1.2.2 predates mednafen saturn core so doubt it works there.

    why though would the button work like escape in most views then but not the one if the button were backspace it shouldn't do anything in any view.

    Not sure about the RL thing but I just put my task manager on one screen and LB on another and my CPU was around 8% while browsing and changing platforms in Windows 10 so that doesn't seem like its sapping my system. i7 4770 BB I can get it up to about 24% CPU usage while moving around and videos are loading and closing.

    I think that using MAME as the emulator is the key since Arcade also describes nonMAME arcade emulators.

    Oh you know what there is a checkbox that forces MAME data and I think it would have worked if you used that actually. Can't believe I didn't remember that.

    I'm pretty sure that is how it works which is crude but its not to much work to change it afterwards.
