If the numbers had [] around them they would be ignored and scrape as usual but short of using some batch text editor to insert those characters it will be difficult to use that naming convention

You can have as many installs of LB as you want you can even have them on the same drive you would just have to amend the folder name ie LaunchBox [keyboard Mouse] if you ever wanted to set up an install that may have the same systems but you want different setups for some reason or what ever you can even have the separate versions share media resources by changing your folder paths in the 2nd install to match the 1st thus eliminating redundant data storage needs. LaunchBox is designed so you can't run multiple instances at once just so you know in advance.

The best method I know of is to filter the list yourself while importing and remove the dupes and yes this is a pain in the ass but it is much easier than say going through and removing games one at a time. You can use control and go through LB after import and remove the dupes in batch but this isn't so easy if you aren't sure what game is the dupe.

I'm setting this up now pretty good and I've figured out how to do a few things I have games Launching from RL and from LB using RL the only thing is when I set it up it list all of my platforms and some of them can't be setup via RL because it only except certain names when I have Capcom CPS-1 it doesn't allow me to set a default emulator. I tried to close RLUI and then went into the setting folder and the emulator.ini for Capcom CPS-1 and manually inputted the Retroarch but it doesn't work now I get an error that the module doesn't support the system. I haven't figured out how any of the settings that aren't in LB working yet so basically so far I've set up a redundant launcher but I'm going to keep at it. I guess for systems names not supported by RL I'll have to just keep using them through LB directly.

You probably should try adding them and the 1st time they don't show up refresh your image cache.

This is strange I've never had to enter any command line parameters for Dolphin in LB

This was talked about yesterday in the live stream something to do if you are using the scrape as function it is assigning it that platforms parameters or something along those lines. I don't remember if it was fixed or not.

If you have the various games set up already as additional apps in LaunchBox when you go into the view where it you can choose play the game in BigBox the additional apps will be seen there and able to be launched

I would push it up to 1GB 2GB max There is no way you should have to assign all your RAM over to LB its just not necessary.

Go platform by platform start by selecting your initial platform once its opened click a game and then press ctrl + a this will select every game there then go up to tool and select download metadata and images and run the wizard if you only want to scan EmuMovies for videos be selective about what check boxes that you check as you can filter pretty much to just do videos. If you get other media I suggest choosing the option to not replace any existing fields on one of the last pages of the wizard. Hope this helps.

Ok I made a video today with my pops digital camera on a tripod its a demo of me using LB on an Insignia NS-15MS0832 which has an Atom CPU with only 1 GB of RAM the install has close to 4,500 console games. I have the same setup on another tablet and a small PC stick both have Atoms and 2GB of RAM so I only demoed the 1GB of RAM tablet. The tablet is augmented with a 200GB microSD card which holds LB and all the ROMs. The controller is an Ipega telescoping controller and it makes for a pretty great experience it almost like the WiiU tablet but a little bigger and slightly more weight. If you change your name in that file and then restart LB it will start it without any license at all. So yeah you can change it in the XML but it breaks it at the same time so no worries.

You may have to refresh your cache after doing what @spycat suggested if they don't come up right away.

What monitor are you using as the marquee? Are they killing you on the price because it is a specialty item?

Yeah I believe that removing it is supposed to delete it by design.

I've been trying to get my Logitech G27 running and I've been having some issues with certain emulators well actually Model 2 emulator. I have Supermodel working with it okay at this point need to tweak somethings but have to figure out how it all works but anyway I came across this setup guide which covers a lot of ground so hopefully it can come in use to someone and I may even play with the networking settings just to be a geek and see if I can get it working and not out of any real use in using it. If anyone has any tips on configuring the wheel for various emulators let me know it would be greatly appreciated.
