    No problem since I offered a few suggestion I'm curious what fixed it removing the quotes or adding the root folder to the ini path?

    Also you can try putting the .; in your ini path to tell it to use the root folder

    where is your MAME.ini located if its in your ini folder try moving it to the root folder in MAME.

    3 Yes you can definitely get solid performance with having your games and emulators on HDD In most cases I don't even keep LaunchBox itself on my SSD but on a mechanical drive.

    are you mirroring your display are do you have it set to extend?

    I just want to add one thing everyone should have a back up of their data folder and their license somewhere off of their OS drive in case it dies this way your settings are not lost forever the backup folder built in is great and can fix almost all your issues but it will not help you when your drive finally goes kaput.

    depends on the emulator for RA you go into settings Video and then set the monitor index

    as an alternative you can also go to edit platform and point the clear logo folder to your banner folder then you wouldn't need to overwrite anything and could use those files again if you so choose.

    We said that the error code was linked to banned licenses. Apologized when you said you paid for it and pointed you to support so I don't know what else you can ask from us at this point. I don't understand your threatening tone especially since you seem reluctant to contact support and have them deal with the issue accordingly.

    why would you pay again that makes no sense what so ever. The owner of the program would much rather do honest business with his customers if you have an issue with a payment you need to contact him he is a very honest person and not out to rip off or get over on anyone.

    well if you truly made the payment them I'm 100% sure support either straighten out your issue or refund the money to your card you will just have to contact them 1st.

    That error message is from a pirated license if you feel that you have gotten it in error then we truly apologize but you will have to contact support@unbrokensoftware to sort it out either way.

    does the critical error happen to have an error code

    did you receive your license email? If so did you copy it from the email and put it in the Launchbox folder while the program is closed?

    Doesn't matter if its lost or not those are the people who can straighten out any license issues you are having no one on the forums can do anything about that.

    @shawn I removed your post I would suggest you send a email to support@unbrokensoftware.com and to never give out your name email and phone number in a public forum that is just insane.

    Well with the loading screens I have no clue if they will be anything like RL or include any artwork just there will be a loading screens so don't take it to be anymore than that because I have no knowledge beyond that both of those items were voted high enough on the poll but they may not be exactly what they are in RL
