  1. Yes that is correct so until it is fixed it won't work. I believe it will still use any configs you set up prior.
  2. If you are using the plugin with LB Next that is why it doesn't work if not then ignore this comment.
  3. try going to the update folder and reinstalling the latest installer again right over top of your current one it won't overwrite any of your data if that doesn't work install the last installer that was stable for you. If you are downloading Beta versions there are always chances you can run into issues.
  4. zip a copy of your retroarch.cfg file in your Retroarch folder up and uploaded it here and I'll try to edit it and link it back here.
  5. The creator of this plugin hasn't been on the forums since May 22nd so unless he updates the plugin to work with Next things don't look good for it.
  6. If your i7 2600 is using the iGPU there will be a driver signing issue with RetroArch and it won't open unless you go into the retroarch.cfg file and manually set the video and menu driver to something other than gl and xmb I have this issue on a few of my older laptops. I don't recommend getting the above mentioned installer as it actually installs RA differently than if you get the zip file and install it but that is just me.
  7. That is the UI part of MAMEUI the left part shows all the different options you can sort by and by the fact you have all those green colors there it seems to indicate it see the games where they are supposed to be. go down to working on the left and have it sort by that then pick a game in green and click it and see if it launches.
  8. https://mega.nz/#!zoY0VYjI!YsHGPnr0B-GsxE090RhaydSkEQ64Hg4-ebrXGff_lbA This should be safe to download
  9. I'd try to find MAMEUI 0.193 if you can find it. Getting the MAME 0.200 set is probably going to be problematic since PleasureDome stopped taking new people. Although most games from 193 should work in 200 so maybe you have something else not setup correctly. Try going into your ini folder in MAMEUI and move the MAME.ini file out into the root folder with the .exe
  10. I'm confused which set do you have and what emulator version are you using
  11. Yeah you don't always have to have the matching rom set for your MAME version but its best to have it.
  12. That means you don't have the right files in your set.
  13. add a game to a Playlist then set the platform to hidden and let us know if its possible.
  14. I was doing just this when you posted and now it is working as expected.
  15. Cool for some reason I can't get it to work at all. I'm already using 1.0.2
  16. @fawkesyeahyou look like you are having the same issue as me as in the theme doesn't change anything and even though it says you are using Bad Old Monkey its the same as default.
  17. No one is crapping on your idea just pointing out that it is a request for a feature that would benefit an extremely small amounts of the user base and thus there is a good chance that it will never be completed. Now if tomorrow 50 users were to post here saying they had servosticks than it might be a different story but that is highly unlikely to happen.
  18. that is the MAME selfextracting package that has to be installed to a folder somewhere and then that will add the MAME.exe that you need to play the games. I don't want to be rude or anything here but it sounds like you are really in over your head with this stuff I strongly suggest you go over the the YT channel and watch a few tutorials to get a better idea on how things work.
  19. I just tested out GTFore06 in my MAME set and its working but I don't see a ROM file for it in my set so perhaps its a CHD only game but it definitely does work
  20. How do you plan on playing these if not with MAME if they aren't in MAME I don't know how you would emulate them at all, unless they are on Taito TypeX Nesica or one of the more modern arcade systems.
  21. My advice is to find a complete MAME rom set and all the files you need (minus the CHD which you already have will be in there.
  22. if you copy and replace with update packs you will break your roms. Say an existing ROM in MAME gets an update in the newest pack and that update is only one file revision but it is still going to use the 8 other files in the archive if you copy replace it you will now only have one file and be missing the 8 other files needed to run the ROM.
  23. If you have a Pentium in your computer its a lower end system just to clarify.
  24. CHD is a MAME format for disc images that other systems and emulators are slowly adapting but they are the same thing. There are different revision of them though which can cause incompatibility
