  1. Get it from an updated rom set or find it somewhere else.
  2. I did not upload or distribute those packs at all, I only linked to official sites hosting those packs either from the pack maker or with permission from the pack maker. Edit: Sorry, I didn't see that samiam uploaded a pack, I will remove it now.
  3. Such as ? As far as I am aware of there are no N64 texture packs uploaded or distributed here.
  4. Not to be a jerk but texture pack creators really do not like it when other people compile and share their packs without permission. You can use Project 64 to make your own .htc format pack though.
  5. You need an updated qsound.zip file or use a previous version of mame, the one you are using is not compatible with the version of you are using.
  6. Yeah, we get that you were trying to be nice and help out but we can't have the open public trading of roms and hard drives full of roms on here.
  7. You can try Mame/ MESS or the stand alone 7800 only version of Mame called A7800 http://7800.8bitdev.org/index.php/A7800_Emulator Though I did try the game in both Mame and A7800 and the game just crashes out at the flashy boot screen.
  8. As far as I know of that bios line only affects the NeoGeo games. It normally is blank and that is the only use I have ever found for it, though of course there probably is some other use for it but I have never run into it. I'm not sure where Mame saves the per game bios settings (region and MVS/AVS) but I do know you can (and possibly have to) set it up per game.
  9. You can use either. If you want to use Mame look in your mame.ini file for the line bios change it so it says: bios unibios33 If you don't have unibios33 change it to unibios32
  10. This is likely a rom issue. There are no settings in LB / BB that affect one game and not others.
  11. If you want the MameUIFX UI but for modern Mame then you will want to look into Arcade. http://arcade.mameworld.info/
  12. I will just leave this right here: http://www.romhacking.net/hacks/3473/
  13. It just depends on your rom set, if it's up to date then the core without a year in the name. Anytime you see bunch of cores with years in their name and one that doesn't the one without the year is the most recent code base version and the ones with a year is a snapshot of the code base from that time.
  14. Why would you do this ? Just use the dropdown core selection and pick the core you want for whatever platform you are wanting to assign a core.
  15. Pleasuredome is the best place to get and keep up to date with.
  16. Yup, the official builds are best for most people.
  17. I should also add that if you wanted good shaders for Mame you can check out my HLSL settings here:
  18. To be perfectly honest I don't know. You could import your games using Mame as the emulator and generate the playlists and then switch the emulator over to FBA afterwards.
  19. You can setup Kat5200 to be portable. Portable Usage It is possible to make kat5200 portable, in other words all needed files are stored with the executable. To do this create a file called portable.txt in the same directory as the kat5200 executable and write a 1 in the file. Note that the kat5200.db3 file needs to be already present in the directory.
  20. You could just use the Mame core or HLSL shaders in stand alone Mame. Just switching from Mame to FBA could be very hit or miss on your games working, they are different rom sets even though there is a lot of crossover.
