  1. Close Launchbox. Grab the newest backup settings.xml file from the backups folder, it will be named something along the lines of "Settings_2017-10-31_18-26-35.xml" and rename it to "settings.xml and put it in \Data folder. Start Launchbox.
  2. You can email support@unkrokensoftware.com and request a refund.
  3. Probably the easiest way to get rid of what you don't want is to simply go into the \images folder of Launchbox and either delete the whole platform folder or go one step deeper into the actual platform itself and delete the folders for the media you don't want. You could then use the Download Metadata and Media tool in the tools menu and just select what you want from that and uncheck what you don't want.
  4. For simple themes like the default, Fundamental and Switch which are all pretty minimal all you really wanna download is the box art and screen shots. Videos if you want them and the same with clear logos.
  5. I can't troubleshoot game issues for you, you will have to do that using the PCSX2 wiki I linked above and their forums. https://forums.pcsx2.net/
  6. Make sure that Retroarch is seeing your bios and that the bios are accepted by Retroarch as correct. Load the core and then go Information > Core Information It will tell you the bios it is looking for and if they are found or missing. Even though you may have the bios files named properly they also need to have the correct MD5 checksum.
  7. I am not, sorry. Try replacing any corrupted .xml files with one of the backups for the problem platforms. Backups are in the \backups folder and they go in the \data\platforms folder, just be sure to rename it to match the platform you are trying to fix.
  8. Check and see if the games loads outside of Launchbox.
  9. No problem, hopefully it gets you sorted out.
  10. Try the latest official build, the startup video should play to the end or until you press a button. I believe @Jason Carr removed the time adjustment because of problems although I cannot say for certain because startup videos are something I do not use.
  11. Well saying Fifa is not exactly descriptive, there's only 20 Fifa games for the PS2. Any time you have a game specific issue with PCSX2 you should check the PCSX2 wiki page. It has all the games and their issues and potential settings to fix problems. The Launchbox forums is not the right place to ask for game specific problems. In fact in general it's best to check the forums for a specific emulator when encountering emulator issues. https://wiki.pcsx2.net/index.php?title=Category:Games&from=F
  12. Please don't create multiple threads on the same topic, I deleted your newer thread.
  13. Not sure what to tell you then. I had to install 4.7 on its own and restart once back when Jason first started using the 4.7 version. I'll tag @Jason Carr and maybe he has a suggestion or two.
  14. Did you try downloading the .NET 4.7 installer and installing that first ?
  15. I suppose you could try setting the config file for it to read-only to see if that locks it. It should be the \cfg\ folder of your Mame install folder.
  16. Ahh, sorry I misread your original post, takes my brain a few hours to fully wake up Weird that it is not saving your controls, it should.
  17. Press the "Scroll Lock" key first then you can press "Tab" to bring up the menu. Because the system being emulated is a computer with a keyboard the Tab will function in the emulator like a regular keyboard for that system. Scroll Lock toggles between the 2 keyboard functionalities.
  18. I would make an exclusion on my PC to never allow McAfee anywhere near it.
  19. No worries, not your fault since there is no indicator if a person has been banned.
  20. The OP of this thread has been banned for nonsensical spam posts. This was probably his only post that many any sort of coherent sense at all.
  21. Ottawa Senators banner, Hockey table, and Labatts sign, someone is a Canadian
  22. Right clicking and adding a game to a playlist is the manual way to do it and the way I described originally was the auto generated playlist method. Two different methods depending on how you wanted to do it.
  23. Smokemonster just did a tutorial video on patching MSU-1 games for anyone interested in learning how to do it.
