Are you using RocketLauncher? If so turn off the startup/shutdown screens in Launchbox/bigbox.

Shows just fine for me.

The startup/shutdown screens are for people who want them but do not want the hassle of using rocketlauncher. If people already have rocketlauncher for fades then you do not need the new startup/stutdown themes as rocketlauncher already does that and you can continue to use them. These are simply for users who DO NOT use rocketlauncher. So yes using both the new startup/shutdown screens AND rocketlauncher fades will break things as these are a replacement and are not to be used in conjunction with rocketlauncher.

Just go into your Launchbox/Updates folder and install the latest version directly over the top of your current install.

Try going to your Launchbox/Updates folder and running the installer again directly over your current install, and see if that fixes it. I havent seen anyone else mention this issue so far, so hopefully running the installer again will fix it in case something got corrupted while updating.

The "32X" in the game name is confusing the importer. Basically the game is named wrong, it shouldnt have 32X in the actual name. Either remove them, or put it in brackets like the other info in the name and the scraper will ignore it. See here in my image.

Not that i am aware of, its not really needed to be honest as you can just add the shortcuts like i mentioned. I just have a folder on my desktop that i drop the shortcuts into when i install games, and i just add them to Launchbox. So it is almost like a roms folder, and i just use the "none of the above" option when importing them.

No we dont have a specific importer for Origin games. You can use the standard windows games importer and see what it picks up, or you can just drag and drop game shortcuts onto the Launchbox window to start the import wizard and choose the "none of the above" option, this will import games without associating a emulator with them.

Try going to your profile then edit, as you can see in this image there is a option for your custom URL, in which i have my username in there. So that may be why simply putting in my username in Launchbox works for me.

When you open the steam app and click on your username at the top what does it show in the URL like i showed in my image?

I just have my username in there.

You can enable/disable individual games in the edit menu.

Just per emulator i believe.

Launchbox is designed for mouse and keyboard use, Bigbox is the controller interface. Launchbox i think does support controllers in the free version, but as i said its it no way designed for that. The controllers need to be setup in every different emulator you use, Launchbox has no control over that.

Correct, i would also advise that you copy your Launchbox/Data folder somewhere else first, just in case. You can just copy it back after if anything goes wrong. However i have updated my MAME set every month since the new full set importer was added and i just run the importer again.

It should be as simple as going to tools/import/full mame set importer, and following the wizard, it will ask for your mame rom folder location. Uncheck all the media downloads also as you will already have 99% of it.

Ah, fair enough then, i have little experience with it as i found controller companion to be so much more user friendly, but i also dont use dosbox so this specific issue has never arisen for me personally.

Are you using any plugins?
