  1. Here are a couple of threads on the issue from when the voice recognition was first added to Launchbox.
  2. It was a while ago now and my memory is hazy on it, but if i recall it was more of a windows issue than a Launchbox one. Windows didn't seem to like the voice recognition if you was using a different language than "English US" i personally use "English UK" and myself and some others had problems with it.
  3. Hi there, i have deleted your duplicate post for this issue. Please refrain from spamming the same question in multiple different threads in future. As for the actual question i'm afraid i can't help you with that, i could never get it to work at all personally. If i remember correctly i think there may of been a issue with it on non "English US" systems, it worked ok for some and not at all for others, and i don't believe that feature has been updated in a while. Sorry i could't help more.
  4. You should probably paste the bitbucket link in here, people are lazy.
  5. Yeah i would say that it is definitely a qsound issue as i had exactly the same issue. I was using the 0.184 mame set and decided to start using Retroarch mame instead, and none of the street fighter games i tested worked. I found out that this was as Retroarch is using mame 0.186 and as @lordmonkus said some changes were made in that set to the qsound. Once i updated my set to the matching 0.186 set everything was golden again and my roms launched just fine.
  6. Long time no see @Hexxxer, great to see you back here, and now creating plug ins as well!! Excellent work.
  7. Lol, they fucking rock!! Good luck, tickets for where?
  8. Yeah sort of, https://discord.gg/X3Cwsyw Feel free to drop on by, a lot of users and the mods spend most of our time there, while also keeping a eye on here obviously.
  9. Yeah i honestly don't know what's going on there, he missed Monday, then it was intimated in the discord that he may miss today as well, so i wasn't expecting today either, but most people are not on the discord so something somewhere saying something would help.
  10. You didn't miss anything, but i think he is out of town.

    Live Streams?

I believe on Monday Jason had to go out of town, i'm not sure why and personally none of my business, but i think it was mentioned in the discord that today might not happen either. But yeah some sort of notification would probably help there.
  12. @AoOFury http://www.robotshop.com/uk/picade-console-raspberry-pi-gaming-kit.html?gclid=Cj0KEQjwp83KBRC2kev0tZzExLkBEiQAYxYXOhoV4v_UipAlezymjKhCNa0crFqQ3NmdpD8kbdBjOnEaApsy8P8HAQ
  13. There are possibly sticks out there that would have space for a pi, but you won't be using Launchbox. As @Charco said Launchbox is Windows only. The pi will run retropie or lakka though.
  14. @TheTabman here is a great how to for updating mame from @CriticalCid
  15. To be honest with you i am actually not 100% sure if that actually works anymore. It was added when the database first launched here on the site, but saw very little use by users so hasn't been a priority for development. I will tag @Jason Carr here , he is the developer and will have far more information on this subject than i have. Sorry i couldn't help you more.
  16. But of course if you are happy with your set as is, you can just leave it as is, not much changes from release to release. I hear all!!!!
  17. Yeah all you would need to do is grab the 0.186 to 0.187 update pack, it should be pretty small and use clrmamepro to update it.
  18. Yeah that would be my first guess also, Launchbox doesn't delete itself, so i would check your antivirus, and possibly add a exclusion to the launchbox .exe.
  19. Yeah if he doesn't edit it i will, ill just put it in a spoiler tag so you have to click it to see the content. Ill give him some time though.
  20. @dovella can you edit your post, maybe into a spoiler tag, so we don't have a giant wall of copy and pasted text. Thank You.
  21. You could also try ColEm for colecovision, it's a little fiddly but the emulation is solid.
  22. Cool, glad it worked out for you, and it's always great to have have new people adding to the database, the more people we have the quicker it will get populated, so Thank You for helping out there.
