  1. Two ways. First way, in the associated platform tab for retroarch add another entry for Sega Saturn and specify the other core, then when you right click a game you can choose the "Launch With" option and choose the core you want. The other way needs doing on a per game basis, right click a game and edit, emulator tab, and check the box for commandline and enter the command to launch with a specific core, like, -L "cores\kronos_libretro.dll".
  2. You likely need to add the systems to the Retroarch associated platforms tab and specify the core you want to use. Tools/Manage Emulators/Retroarch/Associated platforms tab.
  3. Yeah there is no virus, that would be a pretty bad business decision if we were selling a product that infected users systems with a virus. This is why programs like Norton are junk and a waste of money, they flag all sorts of legitimate programs as virus's, likely because they are badly coded, or more nefariously its how they "trick" you into thinking they are working well. Ever heard the story of the boy who cried wolf??
  4. Emumovies not working since new update (11.11) - Troubleshooting - LaunchBox Community Forums (launchbox-app.com)
  5. Yeah, there is no Game Boy platform there by default, just the Colour platform, so if you imported to a Nintendo Game Boy platform, then yeah those games wouldnt launch with Retroarch until that platform was added to the associated platforms list of your Retroarch entry and a core specified.
  6. Yeah im on a C9 OLED myself, and have Gsync on on that at 1440p 120hz, but as i say i havent really noticed any issues in Bigbox, although admittedly i use Launchbox more. I have Launchbox/Bigbox on my 1440p 144hz monitor, but games and emulators open to my C9.
  7. Yeah, screenscraper is bad in that regard, by default it adds those files. No program should ever be messing with files in your data folder, so the fact that it does that by default is really bad. What was happening is you had more than one file with Android in the name, and this was confusing Launchbox. There is no way to have two platforms with the same name in Launchbox, so it's not a issue there, but when you let a third party program which we do not endorse mess with your data you are asking for trouble.
  8. Have you used screenscraper? Looks like you may of. Remove those extra files and it should return to normal.
  9. Launchbox for Android was discontinued a long time ago, so it's nothing to do with that. Is the Android.xml still in the Launchbox/Data folder?
  10. YEs, but you want to be one level higher, so if Launchbox was on your D;\Launchbox drive you would point the installer just to D or you will end up installing a new Launchbox folder inside of your Launchbox folder.
  11. Should be 199MB. I just updated here with no issues.
  12. Try manually running the installer from the Launchbox/Updates folder, check the size first though, is it similar to the other files in there? If it seems to be too small it may not be the full download, so delete it and let Launchbox prompt and download it again.
  13. No, but we now have proper wall views.
  14. Then those games are not installed to the start menu, it really is that simple. Personally for games i have that are not attached to stores i create a shortcut on installation and keep those shortcuts in a folder, and dragged and dropped that folder to import the games. I then went to Tools/manage platforms/folders tab, and changed the games folder to my shortcut folder. Now i can just drop new shortcuts into the folder and click the platform in Launchbox and then go to Tools/scan for added roms to pick up new games.
  15. Maybe actually read the comments in a thread you post to before complaining a issue isnt solved.
  16. Unfortunately not, thats the whole point of the Bigbox mode, fullscreen controller driven interface for couch/cabinet play. Launchbox is the windowed mode essentially.
  17. This is a windows issue i'm afraid, whichever window/monitor that has focus means the other window/monitor is frozen, its just how Windows works with fulscreen applications.
  18. Third party plugins are nothing to do with Launchbox or whether you have a license or not. We offer the plugin system, but that is it, none of the available plugins are vetted or maintained by the Launchbox devs, they are wholly maintained by the plugins author, it makes no difference if you payed for a license or not. Also you accepted this agreement when you downloaded any "Third Party" plugin or program. This is likely due to the fact that the store launchers are launched, and then minimized, so that is the window being tracked. I'm not sure about Battle.net off hand, but steam has it's own built in playtime tracker anyway. At the end of the day these features are not officially supported by Launchbox, hence they can be a little wonky, they are added by users and are not our code, plugin creators can only work with the tools they have been given by us, if those tools dont cater to specific uses there is nothing the plugin creators can do about that.
  19. Yeah this is a Retroarch error and issue, as stated we never touch configs for any emulator, so the issue must lay with your Retroarch configs somewhere.
  20. There is no setting for this, Bigbox runs fullscreen always, you can alt tab, but you cannot minimize it. So this is likely a strange Windows issue i'm afraid, i'd suggest restarting your PC if you havent already.
  21. The default themes cannot be directly edited as we always need a working theme. You would need to copy/paste the default theme and rename it and edit that.
  22. Looking good here. Just ran the same process again and zero errors this time.
