What should i use to reflect that? Cause now it only displays games i currently have mastered on retroachievements. If this is missing there should be a need for the old filter.

Sounds like you're transition from Completed to Progressed didn't go as planned. You can use a plugin I built to manually force completed data in the progress field I built. Once you run it once it's safe to delete and shouldn't need it again:
