  1. Does not everyone prefer that 😀
  2. There are many themes, just browse through: https://forums.launchbox-app.com/files/category/2-big-box-custom-themes/ The RetroMag Issue 43 is very nice.
  3. That would be nice to have the option to remove everything from the ROMs folder that is actually not used after importing, saves probably a huge amount of space.
  4. I imported the new 0.240 set yesterday, and I also have exactly 2882 ROMs, so that's correct. As I understand, you want to move them ALL to another directory? I scraped them as Arcade, then renamed it to MAME and everything gets converted automatically.
  5. Amiga will be tougher to run, I use my PS Vita with Amiga games, works quite well. You wanna have a system that's able to run EmuELEC (or ArkOS), looks so great on a handheld device. I think you cannot go wrong with either the RGB Max 10 (1 or 2), or the RG351M/P/V. I personally like the 351V model, I have the wooden looking one, as most other handhelds I won are horizontal shape and I also have the RG350M, thus no real need for a 351M/P. I also have the OneXPlayer, but that might be over the top 😄
  6. Yeah, 351elec is quite sweet. I'm also not so sure about the Android part, but the Odin is a nice handheld nonetheless. Might get some custom firmware there somehow.
  7. I have the same RGB10 Max (Panda look), but haven't set up even up yet. I also got the Retroid Pocket 2+, which is a bit more powerful, but only has a 3.5 inch screen compared to the RGB10 Max.
  8. Check out some videos from ETA Prime or Retro Game Corps on YouTube, I have many of them, favorite being the RG551V at the moment. Waiting for the Odin to arrive, I think that will be the one the plays most systems quite good, up to GC, PS2 and Wii. You could also go for the RG552, but that price difference between that one and the Odin is very small, I'd than rather get the Odin. Depends also which games you wanna play, if DC, N64, NDS and PSP are needed, you obviously have to pay more.
  9. Has anyone experience with the SainT emulator? It works fine but the only problem I have is that SainT keeps the disk when loading another game, it doesn't change. So I thought there must be some script to use. If I load a game it boots, then I quit, start another game, but SainT keeps the previous one. I didn't find anything in the option that could solve this. Thanks.
  10. Tools --> Manage --> Emulators, then EDIT. Is there another way?
  11. I'm still seeing it on the latest version 12.6 but I kind of found a way around. If I add an emulator and set it as default for platform and try to close, it still has the problem. So I enter the same emulator twice in the associated platforms, and put one as default. Now I can exit. Then I go to manage emulators, associated platforms, and one is gone and the other is not anymore default for the platform, so I enable that again and close. Now it works. A bit inconvenient, but at least it works. Other than that I get the error.
  12. Here you go. They're not all perfect but suit my needs to have at least one. C64 Clear Logos.rar
  13. I went through the whole TOSEC, Gamebase v16, Stadium 64 (I love sports games), OneLoad64 and C64 Heaven when I created my own C64 favorites set, took me about 3 months and I ended up with only 2260 games. I also created around 600 clear logos for them, as they were not existing and I'm using mainly clear logos.
  14. With a few I only meant SIDs and Demos, and I mentioned that I'm aware of how much work that would be and that it would not make any sense. Of course you cannot add every single demo and every SID from the HVSC, that would be unnecessary. And I don't need magazines or diskmags, don't read them anyways. I imported the collection the correct way, copying everything over to my LB install and editing the xml. Like I mentioned, was done in 10 minutes without any hassle and worked fine. Plus I imported everything but deleted the magazines, demos, diskmags and SIDs folders afterwards as I don't care about them. If I want to add them again at a later point, I can do so very easily. And btw, I did not mean to upset you by using your work in a way that I want to and not necessarily the way you want it to be. I said that I admire your determination to do all this and that you are willing to share your work. I do the same with my LB setup since over 2 years now and have a strange feeling that the project will never really end, there's always gonna be something to add.
  15. Awesome work. I integrated it now for the first time, and it took about 10 minutes to do so. I just skipped the magazines, SIDs, diskmags and demos. I was quite disappointed to see how few of them were integrated, but I'm just guessing the time it would take to add a massive demo part, wow. I'm always using clear logos in Big Box, as I prefer it that way, but as you created 3.000 3D box arts I'm using those, only thing is that I don't know how to display them in Big Box? Whatever wheel or wall I chose, it doesn't show 3D boxes, would be great to have those with a wall background. Do I miss an option? I'm using the Colorful theme at the moment.
  16. I would get a NUC. I used a Hades Canyon before, and everything ran perfectly fine, that uses a Radeon RX Vega M GH GPU, no need for a RTX3060. Plus it looks great for living room purpose, small form factor and nice visual. You can get it also now for a fair price. Look at my old thread here:
  17. I have it exactly set up like kurzih mentioned, run the .bat as emulator and just use the .pak files to launch.
  18. DeadVoivod

    MAME titles

How did you import them? It shouldn’t happen when imported the right way.
  19. Just import them into your setup.
  20. My games run well and they're in either .nsp or .xci format. You're sure you're running the yuzu.exe to launch them?
  21. My Wii games are in .ciso and .wad (WiiWare) format.
  22. I like Synology products, I had Qnap before, then I switched to Synology, price quality wise it's better in my opinion. I'm using a DS2413+
  23. For a better overview, and not having these multiple tracks in each folder, I always suggest to use CDMage to merge them into one single .cue and .bin file. Helps also with multiple disc games if you wanna create .m3u files.
  24. Does LB even care about format? I mean you can throw anything at it whatever you want, it doesn't care. If you wanna run a .txt file, you can do it, perhaps it doesn't launch the way you want, but you still can do it. But there seems to be another problem lately with LB, like I mentioned in another thread, I cannot add emulators anymore, whatever I do, I keep getting this message. Could this be a side effect?
