  1. I'd verify your video drivers are up to date. If using a Intel integrated graphics card go into Intel's software and for LaunchBox/Big Box change the Anti-Aliasing setting from "Auto-Detect" to either off or on. Also verify you don't have a service called "nahimic" running in the services tab of Task Manager and shut it off if you do.
  2. Looks like the theme is built for a version of LaunchBox that is newer than the one you are on. Believe the control it's referencing was added in 13.6
  3. This is related to the "Arrange By" feature. Could you let me know what "Arrange By" setting you are using? Also when is this error showing? When you first select a filter, after editing a game, after playing a game? Also what language do you have LaunchBox using? We've tried to replicate this error internally and can't so any additional information you could give would help a lot.
  4. If on 13.6 it's in Tools > Options. If on the beta use the Tools > Manage > Manage Storefronts
  5. Read the title and assumed it was something similar to Subnautica (great games btw if you haven't played). Does look to be quite a bit different at least in theme.
  6. As long as they are named correctly just drop the images in the correct folder. Should be \\LaunchBox\Images\{PlatformName}\Screenshot - Gameplay.
  7. We've been in contact with many of the members of the RetroAchievements team since the downtime was first announced. Right now they are working on changes required to bring the end points we use back up. That being said these changes are not simple and will take time to implement. I've not heard any sort of time lines from the team at this time though.
  8. When you first start using Big Box it will take longer for images to pop in as we are building a cache of scaled images that make it faster in future passes. You can manually run this step via the Options > Image Cache menu. The process can take A WHILE so I'd run it overnight.
  9. There is a bug in LaunchBox 13.6 regarding the default theme's font folder and that it stays locked after the app closes. Restart the computer and do not start LaunchBox and then you'll be able to delete the directory.
  10. Sale isn't over until the 1st, you have far more than 24 hours. Support usually responds within 48 hours. Sale is increasing the number of emails they getting, but I don't think they outside of that window. If you don't hear by tomorrow PM me and I can reach out to them and see if maybe it got stuck in a spam filter or something.
  11. Typically you would add an "All" playlist to do this. It's pretty easy to do with auto-populated playlists. The criteria would just be Platform - Equals - {PlatformName}
  12. Yeah. I've seen it on my end but haven't had a ton of free time to look into it. If you just change the size of the details a bit it'll stop and let you use it again. It's annoying to have to but gets the job done and makes it possible to work again. It's something to do with a visibility binding on the game details scrollbar.
  13. This sounds like it may be the feature that extracts roms for you getting in the way. If your roms are in ZIP file format and you have that feature enabled they get extracted to a temp location and so content directory would apply to that location (which changes everytime). What you could do is to go Tools > Manage > Manage Emulators and then select RetroArch and press edit. From there go to Associated Platforms and look for the Sega Genesis row. Uncheck "Extract Rom?" and then press ok to close that window and save changes.
  14. Your settings are wrong here and have been changed from default RetroArch settings we auto-fill for you. You need to have the 3 checkboxes in the middle disabled (Remove Quotes, Remove space before ROM, and Remove Extension)
  15. Just got done with PSP. Attached is the file. Sony PSP.xml
  16. Pretty sure Unified or Unified CTC is the closest.
  17. Go to the platforms GitHub and click the code drop down (in green my screenshot) and then press the "Download Zip" option and you will grab every image in that repo at once.
  18. Can grab them from their GitHub pages
  19. It's why I asked about checking the Windows platform first. 13.6 adds a new automated import on startup I was wondering if that would potentially be the cause. If you look in your Settings.xml file in your backup is the value in the "EnableAutomatedImports" (without quotes) tags true or false? If true change it to false and let me know if you still run into the issue.
  20. Easiest way is to go to Tools > Manage > Manage Emulators and add a new emulator that points to your MAME install. In the Add Window go to Associated Platforms and add the platform that your games in into a new row. In that row then select the default check box. LaunchBox will then ask you when you attempt to save the emulator if you want to change the games in that platform to use that new emulator. Say yes so that the change occurs. Your games should then be set to use MAME.
  21. You can mix and match files in a theme. I'd copy Default (the current one) to a new folder named whatever you want, and then copy your BoxesContentView from the theme you already altered to the new folder.
  22. You can slowly add one platform at a time from your backup to the new data folder LaunchBox created to help narrow down the file that is causing the issue. I'd start with any platforms tied to a storefront (typically is Windows though some people import their storefront games to other platforms).
  23. Cool, update the video driver and let me know if you still see the issue.
  24. I've seen some reports on this but no one on the team can replicate. What CPU/GPU are you running and what video driver are you using? Is it up to date?
  25. What I did is added a socket switch (I didn't use this one, but shows you what I mean). Then when I want to turn the cab on just make sure it's plugged in and turn the switch on. The PC is set to auto start when it receives power and so I don't have to touch anything after that. Using one of these though you WILL want to remember to use it to shut the cab off AFTER the PC has been shut down correctly.
