  1. The hasher app can't read many compressed file formats and we'd have to decompress them for you. We do this for 7z but haven't looked into .gz for it.
  2. Did some quick digging and does look they finally succumbed to the angry mob. They have a FAQ specifically for the cab support mode they added recently: https://www.pinballfx.com/?page_id=7754 If I am reading this correctly there is no current way to launch into table though but should be coming in a future update.
  3. Unless Zen changed their mind they aren't bringing cabinet support to Pinball FX and will not be making it possible to launch direct to a table. Was announced when first announced the title.
  4. Not sure I follow. I don't know of any import wizard we have that doesn't support multiple files.
  5. Make sure you go to Tools > Options and look for a section labeled "Game Details" (I believe it under visuals) and in that page there is a checkbox you can turn everything off/on. Make sure you have the Videos checkbox checked.
  6. Can you navigate to \\LaunchBox\Core\BigBox.dll and right click and select properties and post a grab of what that window looks like? We had one user do so and their DLL info didn't match what I see for that install. Trying to confirm my suspicions that the DLL file is getting corrupted somehow.
  7. Can just ask the question and if some one can answer they will. If it's a private matter than it's best to email support@unbrokensoftware.com and they can work with you.
  8. 1) is a personal preference and really doesn't matter since Big Box will presumably be open the entire time you're using the device and so you won't be accessing the desktop or start menu anyway. 2) To get Big Box to work as well as possible in Windows Display settings place the marquee to the right of your primary screen. When doing so the upper right corner of your primary monitor should be right next to the upper left corner of the marquee.
  9. Theme was updated to version 1.7.1: Fixed issue with Max Players appearing twice.
  10. Theme has been upgrade to version 1.5 with the following changes: This theme now requires LaunchBox version 13.3+ Adds the cloud sync indicator to Main View Fixes issue where right clicking the sidebar tree view in List View configuration would throw an error
  11. Theme has been updated to 1.4: This theme now requires LaunchBox version 13.3+ Adds the cloud sync indicator to Main View
  12. Theme was updated to version 1.7: This theme now requires LaunchBox version 13.3+ Adds the cloud sync indicator to Main View Adds the ability to click on GameDetails values that appear on the bottom section of details. Clicking on the link will open the sidebar to the filter/value that matches the text to allow you to quickly navigate between filters. For example if a game has the following genres: Action; Adventure; Shooter you could click on "Adventure" and you'd be opening the Genre sidebar and selecting the "Adventure" value automatically bringing you to the list of all Adventure games in your collection.
  13. To do so you'd have to create your own theme (requires premium license to use custom themes). I don't think that binding exists outside of that view though so you'd have to get somewhat creative in how you do it to display the way you want. Should be possible though. My Beats theme still requires the button bar to see that count but greatly reduces the size of said bar. You could consider that as an alternative.
  14. Press the game in LaunchBox, press CTRL+E to open the Edit Window (can also access it via right click menu), go to Images tab, drag/drop the image. In the upper right make sure the image type matches the image group you want (Box - Front is default)
  15. It's because you have RetroAchievement scanning enabled. The hash program can't read that file type so we have to extract it, pass the file to the program, then delete the files.
  16. Just use File explorer to go that location. \\LaunchBox is whatever folder you installed LaunchBox to.
  17. Auto uses the games output to determine size. So it should match whatever ratio the game is rendering.
  18. There are other tools that can be used to display bezels or use shaders on emulators that don't natively. Programs like Reshade
  19. Can you go to Tools > Download > Force Update Games Database Metadata (or something similar, it's the bottom most item). Let that run, then try downloading media again.
  20. Command line is the same regardless of your settings so the default values we prepopulate should work fine to open your games regardless of what in-app settings to change. I use upscale hacks when possible for games, outside of that I don't really recall having to change much. Been a minute since I set mine up though. Really ALL your games should be running through the standalone. The core is pretty far behind and doesn't run anywhere close to what standalone does. To answer your question though you can select the game, edit it, and then to go emulator section and change out which emulator it defaults to. I believe you can do this using bulk edit as well.
  21. Could you send me your log file of this happening? I'd reach out to RetroAchievements and ask about your account. The error you shown before in your other report was an "Access Denied" which typically means you're account or IP is banned or being blocked for some reason. They may be able to tell you why and get that side of things resolved.
  22. Just so I'm clear when you say "closed" you are referring to the close button on the app right? You're not killing the process?
  23. @zugswang Your reported issue should be resolved this beta @betikito84 RetroAchievement scan should play nicer with M3U files as of beta 3 @kurzih Model setting overrides can now be set in bulk edit as of beta 3.
  24. Glad to hear, thanks for following up.
  25. Isn't in the plans at the moment. Honestly hadn't even considered that people may want to do so until you mentioned it. I have the idea written down and will keep an eye on it as we move forward.
