  1. Unfortunately not. It's a Retroarch glitch in that it doesn't obey the default settings.
  2. It might be an issue with the Windows file copy utility not working well copying the files over to your device. At that point I would try creating the export package, and then selecting the option to manually copy the files over to your device. Then you can copy the files over and verify that everything is copying correctly. Usually it's that file copy operation over to your device that has trouble if you're running into issues.
  3. Oic. Yeah, hmm. I always assumed that GA was the same as E, but I guess I never really thought about it. I think we should really be adding options for those old ESRB ratings to the site. I'll add that to my list.
  4. This sounds like an odd threading issue. I made a change recently to show No Game Selected while editing games in order to prevent images from being in use (which would cause issues if you attempted to delete them). I haven't been able to replicate this on my systems, but I'll see if there's anything I can do.
  5. FYI on this, I've caught up here and appreciate the solution by @setjo. I think that might clue me into the problem in the first place, so I have it on my list to investigate.
  6. Hi @strigoimare, I'm not fully following this. Is Stellar Fire.iso in your screenshot the only file that was exported?
  7. All the ESRB ratings should be official. I haven't been following the changes as of late, so I'm not really sure what's actually happening, but ESRB ratings should be actual ratings delivered by the ESRB.
  8. Great to hear. Thanks for following up @bojo5150.
  9. I see. That's going to be really difficult for me to troubleshoot without any way to test in that specific environment, so I'm not sure if there's really much I can do. I know that connecting and disconnecting real controllers is working properly, so I'm not sure why that would be happening.

Thanks @orac31, good to know. I'll look into adding UAE4ARM here soon.
  11. @Gran_Moff_Tarkin The themes manager itself is hardcoded, and cannot be themed, mostly because it's the section of the app where you select themes, so I don't feel like it needs to be themed itself, as that might cause some issues. This way if a theme messes up your Big Box, at least you'll be able to still use the themes manager properly. That said, there may be a place or two elsewhere that could be themed further. Can you point out specifically what you'd like to change?
  12. Unfortunately I didn't get a lot of positive feedback on those when we were recently coming up with poll items for the last poll, so they unfortunately didn't make the list (seems it just wasn't a priority for people). We will probably get something for that in eventually, but as for right now, I'm not sure when it will happen.
  13. @luckyhippo Sorry to hear. We can work through it. What platform of games are you launching with Retroarch? What is happening when you try and launch the games? What version of Retroarch are you using? Is it from the Play Store?

If you choose manual export in the wizard, then you can just manually copy the package and keep it.
  15. I'm lost here. What are you trying to ask or say?
  16. @tallpr24 Going by that "the requested process operation requires elevation" error message, it sounds like it's some kind of a weird permissions issue that I've never seen before. Are you using a work laptop or a computer that you were given from your work, or is it your personal computer?
  17. This is good to know, @tycho1974. I wish I had a solution for you, but sadly I don't. I haven't done any extensive testing with sideloaded Retroarch 32-bit vs. from the Play Store and controls, though. It may be worth trying some older (and/or newer) versions to see if all versions are affected by any bugs like that. It's not uncommon for Retroarch to put out official versions with bugs.
  18. Considering how easy it is already to combine filters, arrange by values, and search values, I don't really think that's necessary. All you would have to do to find what you're looking for in that scenario is to select Sega Genesis from the side bar, then arrange by Genre, and then you can search for 2 player, and you'll easily be able to find the games that you want. It's not quite as easy as a custom search popup like that, but it's pretty close. I'll note the request, but honestly I don't think it will be a very popular request.

Hi @orac31, most likely this happened because the file transfer operation over to your device missed some of the thumbnail images. Unfortunately the Windows file transfer is not always reliable when transferring over to mobile devices via USB. If you still have the export package, just try exporting it over to your device again.
  20. Noted, but search engines like that are extremely complicated to implement, so that's probably quite a long ways off. Currently, it searches all fields, but does not divide up words individually.
  21. Thank you @Gizfreak. I'll see if I can get Citra added here soon.
  22. I can explain some of this, at least. I still don't know why some people are seeing duplicate bindings after upgrading, though. @BigWaveDave If you can zip up and PM me your data folder, I might be able to get that figured out. But InputBindings.xml basically replaces the previous controller mapping options. The BigBoxSettings.xml controller settings are no longer used (they're only used to create a new InputBindings.xml file if it doesn't exist).
  23. They're also the same as what are listed on the LaunchBox Games Database: https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/
  24. Thanks @AYOOB. I think we'll probably be good, but here's the other thread: https://forums.launchbox-app.com/topic/52144-bigbox-quitting-games-issue/?tab=comments#comment-330506
