Hi @o0bigboss0o, as long as you have a credit card, the same page should work for you. I'm not sure exactly what the exchange rate is (you can look that up), but European credit cards should work fine. We have seen an issue with some credit card providers though that will refuse any foreign transactions by default, so if you have trouble try calling them up and telling them you want to make a foreign transaction.

Hi @BrockRampage, most likely this is happening because Big Box and/or LaunchBox are configured to hide certain games. Both Big Box and LaunchBox have options to hide or show "broken" and "hidden" games. I'd check that first.

We will not be separating out systems by region, except for a few problem systems where the hardware was actually different between the different regions.

I assume you don't have Use All Controllers checked? That is strange that LaunchBox and Big Box are reporting different items in that list; so maybe we do have a bug. The only other thing I would say is to make sure your DirectX is all up to date.

Hi CoinTos, that's odd. There is separate controller configuration for LaunchBox and Big Box, have you tried configuring your controller in Big Box?

Hi dmjohn0x, this is definitely a DirectX issue. Try downloading the latest version of DirectX or simply re-running the LaunchBox setup on that machine.

Hi Chris, Steam videos will only download for games that were imported from Steam. Really, what it's looking for is to use the Steam game's URL in the Application Path field. You can see what I mean by taking a look at a game that was imported from Steam using the importer.

Very nice @Riffman81! Yes, I do have plans to add a startup video; there is a ticket for that on Bitbucket, though it's probably not very high priority. But we can certainly make adding additional video types a higher priority if they're available on EmuMovies!
