  1. Thanks @mattrix. I think I like the idea to prompt when deleting better myself as well.
  2. True that. I keep meaning to add it. It's at the top of my list. :)
  3. Hi @Rehab, thanks for the feedback. We just recently added custom folders settings for all platforms, including where games are stored. I agree, we should add a function to find new games in the platform folder. It probably won't ever be as quick and easy as Kodi, because there's a bit more involved, but I do think it's worth doing. It's on my list. :)
  4. Hi @ZimFreak, you're right, it's kind of stupid as-is. I'll add it to my list; hopefully I can reverse it before the 5.3 official. :)
  5. Ah, I see, sure. So I guess I'd have to parse the CUE file to really handle that situation well. Probably not going to happen any time soon, but I'll add it to the list. :)
  6. Hi @DOS76, the additional apps are in the XML file, however it might not be easy to map them up to the games. Search for AdditionalApplication and you should find them. They're not listed directly under the games though, which might make it more difficult. They're mapped up to the games via the GameID field.
  7. Hi @LMagnus87, I'm actually working on a list view similar to your first screenshot from Dolphin. I'm hoping it will make it into 5.3.
  8. Hi @CrystalForce, what version of Windows are you running? Are you certain Windows Media Player is installed (not Media Player Classic or Win10's default media player)?
  9. There is a solution for that, simply check the box to "Also copy/move all files with the same name but different file extensions (recommended)". That's assuming the bin and cue files have the same name, but that's pretty standard.
  10. Hi @locvez, thanks for pointing that out to me; I hadn't seen Emulation Station's solution there. If nothing else, we could use some of the ideas to help improve the search. I'm pleased to see it's the MIT license though, so we could freely integrate it as-is, though I've never seen that "Go" language before.
  11. Lol...yup. But at least the person is physically on the stage. Then again I wouldn't go see a group like that anyways.
  12. Hi @mattrix, I do have this on my list. The only challenge with this is it only really works for ROMs (doesn't work for DOS or Windows games).
  13. Hi @mathflair, very cool. I can at least sticky a post for you if you want to create a new post for it. I'm having trouble getting it to work, though; when I run the EXE nothing happens. Seems to exit right away.
  14. Man that's just...weird. Paying to go to a concert. With a fake singer. Seems like a major facepalm to me lol.
  15. Ah, I would expect that Windows 8 Embedded would be the likely reason. I haven't done any testing on an embedded OS. What hardware do you have it running on? Auto-play can be turned off in LaunchBox under the View menu.
  16. That does sound like a good approach @CADScott. We'll probably go that direction. :)
  17. @DOS76, yeah, I don't know how that would work. I use Plex (though not extensively), but I don't know of a way to do it. @Syriacn, I just added a download for this on the downloads page, at the bottom under "Other Downloads". I did tweak a few minor things; I replaced the fanart image and changed all references to "BigBox" to be "Big Box" per the official name. Now it's video recording time. I did notice that it leaves a Steam icon in the task bar (the AutoHotkey thing it uses). Not sure how easy it would be, but it'd be good to change the icon on that since it's not really related to Steam anymore. I would think the default AutoHotkey icon would be fine. No big deal/rush on that though; it's working well as-is. :)
  18. Hi @TheSickness, thanks for your feedback! Per #1, I definitely plan on adding more visual options/layouts/etc, as well as sound effect options. Themes would be really cool, though; when we tackle that stuff I'll see how feasible that is. :) Per #2, images should really be just as easy as videos. LaunchBox will find images/videos/manuals/music that either match the name of the game, *or* the file name of the application or ROM file.
  19. Wow, first time I saw that I didn't even realize it was all CGI. Very cool.
  20. Hey guys, yes; I have plans to add room for multiple manuals, etc. However, keep in mind that you can already add these things to games without much of an issue. You can use additional applications for more than just "applications". It's kind of poorly named. This will allow you to add an "Open Cluebook" item to any of your games. It's not as easy as manuals, because you have to manually add them, but it should do the job for now. Per soundtracks, I realize that's a bigger issue. I do want to add that, but it will probably be a while yet.
  21. Hi @RhythmLunatic, Page Down and Page Up *should* be working as expected. I haven't been able to reproduce any issues there. Do you have a different keyboard layout than US English, by chance? Big Box also has separate settings for Auto-Play Music than LaunchBox, so that should be working as well. Let me know if you're seeing an issue with it. I do have the letter jumping on my list. Thanks! :)
  22. Cool; will do. That's exceedingly easy. ;)
  23. Thanks, @sylandro. Looks like I do need to boost this up on my list.
