  1. Are you sure your mailbox isn't full or something similar? That all seems quite strange. It's extra odd because we haven't received any mail from you either, which makes me think there's something very wrong either with your account or with Yahoo mail. If you have the option to use another email address, I would recommend that.
  2. Hi Papaw, I checked our email logs and it looks like the email to you is getting delivered successfully. I went ahead and sent another email to you. The email infrastructure is fairly good with reporting, so I can tell that the email was delivered. If it's not showing up in your inbox or your spam folder, at that point I can confidently say that the issue is with Yahoo mail.
  3. We have a fix for that issue (and a bunch of other things with the games database website) coming next week.
  4. Thanks guys; I have those three translations updated for the beta that we're putting out shortly.
  5. It's that time again guys; we're looking to hopefully put out the 13.2 release next week, so it's time for the translations. Thanks everyone! @Offone @Kondorito @Cauptain @Nyny77 @Opak @dukeemu @cyanjiang @Just001Kim @MajKSA @gamehacker @alexposad @k_kutsugi @Bardock @Soomin papa
  6. Thanks @dukeemu, sorry I'm so late myself. The translation is integrated into beta 3, which just came out.
  7. @SmashyPaw That sounds like that is probably the case (the tablet being too old), but it's hard to say. I don't have that version of the device. I do have a Fire HD 10 that I got a couple years ago, and I know that device works fine.
  8. That's correct that we shouldn't be moving any games out of the Arcade platform, because technically they're all arcade. We do need to clean up that situation in the games database. The only arcade games that are "locked" are the games that are in the known MAME set.
  9. What issue are you running into? This thread is from three years ago and is definitely no longer relevant at all.
  10. I'm definitely not educated enough on that subject (nor do I fully understand it) to properly answer that question, to be honest. I don't think that games with the same titles that have major changes should be separate games, no...and I also don't think it's wise to make a blanket conclusion on that. But again, I feel pretty unqualified to make that decision.
  11. Why is that necessary? For clarity here, there are much better options available that are built-in to the app. We have no plans to make a true "kiosk"/locked down experience for Big Box. Malicious users should not be using your cab. Generally, the only reason why users need that is if they're charging money in a public area, and neither Big Box nor the games are licensed for that kind of use. Is that what you were getting at?
  12. I just removed all the open Sapo Xule moderations from the database. To hopefully clear this up, we will *not* be removing or combining all of the Sapo Xule games together, for one reason: the primary goal around here is to make sure that users have the best experience possible when scraping games in LaunchBox. Obviously, if games are launched as different games, we need them to be separate for the best experience.
  13. This does not require giving the machine/user administrator rights.
  14. I see your point. Sorry if my words were a little insensitive there. I get that it's frustrating having to moderate a bunch of worthless back and forth. How many games are affected? I can probably clear the queue for those games if needed.
  15. This is not coming from a lack of interest; rather, it's coming from a lack of time. We are currently working on massive development for the games database, so it is difficult to focus on quarrels like these (nor is it fun). Personally, I don't care at all about the subject that is being discussed. But honestly, this is easy guys. Take a vote, and do whatever has the most votes. There's no reason to be *this* invested in such a silly topic.
  16. What version of Windows are you running?
  17. If that is a regular occurrence, then you probably won't want to use the shell feature. You can easily start up Task Manager to do whatever you need, but it's definitely not convenient.
  18. That is a better way to do it if you use your computer for other things outside of Big Box. Most likely using Big Box as the Windows shell won't cause you any problems otherwise, but it's possible. You can always enable it and then disable it if you run into issues.
  19. It's generally expected that you would use the "Shut Down" option provided in Big Box instead, in this scenario. Removing all options to exit probably wouldn't be a good idea. If you "Lock" Big Box and put in a pin, then you can use the security options to hide the Exit menu item if you'd like.
  20. Ah, I see. Noted, thanks for that. I can probably add those into the import process as well.
  21. Please email us at support@unbrokensoftware.com. The Shield does *not* at all have the "same hardware" as the Nintendo Switch... This was the first Google result: https://versus.com/en/nintendo-switch-vs-nvidia-shield Regardless, you can't compare hardware when they run two completely different operating systems. Hyperspin was made many years ago and uses outdated technologies (like Adobe Flash) that have so many security flaws that you can't even run it anymore. But regardless, if you're still looking for a refund, you'll need to email us first.
  22. Are you on Windows or Android? We'll need details on what you mean by those things in order to help. I'm not sure what "cannot change any emulator graphics" means.
  23. @Vader Sorry for the crazy late reply. Where are you getting the core file for that?
  24. @Simon_BroQuest Sorry for the late reply, but we are hoping that this is fixed for you in the latest official release.
  25. We did add some fixes for the 0-byte files thing into the latest release that came out in December.
