  1. Will still be very far in the future if ever. No work on anything but Windows has been started.
  2. Well NUC is kind of generic since you can get them with up to an i7 all the way down to a Celeron in them. That being said though I run LB/BB on a large faction of PC's from an i7 with 16GB of RAM and a GTX 960 all the way down to a Insignia tablet with 1GB of RAM and an Atom CPU and while its much smoother on the desktop it can be tweaked to work on lower end hardware (still not the greatest but workable). If your emulation goals are modest ie only NES and SNES you could probably get away with an i3 but I would suggest at least an i5
  3. Yeah I'm not saying don't bother with obtaining the CHD's just wouldn't bother adding them to LB although you could just get them individually as you run into errors telling you you need them and then you will save a ton of space by having only the ones you know you need to play specific games that you want to play

    Emumovies down ?

Sit tight @circo or his provider will get it up and running as quickly as he/they possible can

    Emumovies down ?

Isn't working for me plus someone else posted the same thing on Discord so I'm going to say yes
  6. 1st off the UI is abysmal but it has been improved to at least use enter and backspace which is nice but really once you get it tweaked once with the settings and you add your games to LB you really shouldn't need to use the interface for that many things. 2nd the controller issues you had sound like a real PITA but truthfully that is a pretty user specific use case as I know I don't have all those special controllers and I think its safe to say that most users don't either they just want everything to work with their arcade cab or an XBox/PS4 controller or some generic version of these. Plus I do have a retrolink N64 controller and mapping it in RA was pretty easy to do. I'm also pretty sure you can use overrides to tell specific games and cores to use specific controllers. I'd also like to note that out of all the special controllers you listed I would only suggest using N64 through RA as GC and Wii aren't in RA yet (it is coming but who knows how long it will be) and Intellivision and Coleco are both much better handled through the stand alone MAME/MESS emulator.
  7. yeah you can have them separate the DB will combine them though. That was part of the reason scrape as exists
  8. There are only a few CHD games that don't have corresponding .zip files that go with them so most games if in a working state and use CHD will already be added you will find that a large majority of the games that use CHD files don't even work in MAME yet. I have all the CHD files but I've never tried to import them in to LB myself as there is very little reason to you would probably be better off finding out the few CHD games that don't have ROMs to match them and only importing those if you even want to bother doing so.
  9. You shouldn't need the don't use quotes box at all.
  10. Well for scanlines you can also look at the BGFX settings as they are pretty nice also and I believe work properly regardless of the games screen orientation which if I recall correctly HLSL has issues with.
  11. If you don't have your games in the MAME ROMs folder then ClrMPro will have all types of issues I get errors for missing chd's even if I don't select the CHD part and if I do select the CHD part it tries to move all my CHD files into the ROMs folder when I don't let it it reports all my CHD's as missing if you don't have the files where the program wants them it may not be worth using.
  12. It doesn't show them by default but you can definitely get them to show by setting it in the image priorities in LB under Tools>Options.
  13. If these aren't scans of the official box covers DO NOT add them as the main covers to the DB where you have them now is exactly where they go.
  14. Actually if you move just what is imported and when you edit the MAME.ini to add the LB games folder as long as you don't delete the path to the ROMs folder in the root of MAME (assuming that is where the games where originally) they should still work because MAME utilizes multiple folder paths.
  15. I believe you and if mine didn't work I would be frustrated myself so I understand. There is always room for performance improvements so I have no issues with that being worked on my point is that it is hard to figure out what is only effecting a few dozen systems compared to the whole user base. Take for example with MS recent update to Windows 10 creator update people with old Nvidia drivers or anyone using MSI Afterburner were getting crashes when trying to use LB/BB so it could be anything that is causing the problem for you specifically a piece of software that is conflicting its pretty hard to nail down.
  16. BigBox isn't running well for some users and unfortunately you happen to be one of them but it runs good for me on all of my HTPC's is there occasional hickups and slowdowns yeah there is lag some time but not on a consistent basis in my case. I understand your situation is frustrating but if there was a huge widespread performance issue wouldn't there be a lot more unhappy customers?
  17. Akumajou Special should be added as an alternative title to Kid Dracula assuming they are the same game (I don't know if they are I'm just going off of the info you provided)
  18. Okay hate to ask stupid questions but when you updated MAME did you add the path again.
  19. Also just tested 0.184 working fine through LB here.
  20. I don't believe there is and you are stuck with the one by one method for now.
  21. what core are you trying to use in RA for SNES?
  22. where are your roms located? Has the location changed since 0.183
