Adding ROMs either way works the same the only thing is with LB if you are importing your multi-file disc games into LB's game folder and you use the search method it won't move all of your files to the folder and then nothing will work (unless that has changed in one of the newer updates). If you are importing them but are leaving them in their original location then everything should work fine.

I was going to suggest making a dummy zip file with the chd name

What is your trouble do you have the chd added as a rom

use the command line -f -g and if that doesn't work try -g -f I think its the 1st one but I'm not at a PC with Cemu on it to check

You can change you filter in the options switch it from platform view to one of the filters

That will only effect future imports for that platform games imported under the old emulator must be changed manually. Glad that I could help you get it situated.

Are you using the stable version of LB or the latest beta if you are having this issue with the beta can you report it here

Okay for the 1st question Puckman is a japanese version of Pacman when you import MAME and choose exclude clones and prioritize North American region it will exclude Puckman and only grab Pacman if you want to add Puckman you will have to either do it by using the add button in LB bottom right corner or add it as an additional to PacMan by going into edit for PacMan and clicking the additional app tab click add name your rom point LB to your rom and tick the run with emulator checkbox and your all good to go.

If you right click a game and it say open RetroArch but you want PPSSPP to be your emulator you will need to either edit the game and change it by going to the emulator tab or you can us ctrl+a to highlight all the games for that platform and bulk edit them all to your new emulator

Okay I'm confused now when you say games view what do you mean? How can you start in the games view you have to start in the platform view I believe some of the confusion might be that you are calling everything that isn't the menu the games view which is inaccurate because it consist of the Platform view which shows your lists of systems and then the games view which shows all of the games available for that platform and then it goes to the details view where you see the option to play the game, mark it a favorite, view all of your images so on and so forth that is why you need a back button to navigate up and down through those menus.

Then change esc to backspace (or what ever key you prefer) in BB go to options and then keyboard mapping.and switch the key

After testing from RDP it launches RA for a split second then it closes with no error message.

Clever way to make the shortcut better than my method.

I have Windows server 2012 R2 Essentials but I use it as a headless server so I've never bothered to try to even run RA off of it. I could test but don't know if my results over RDP would be reliable.

The way it is ow it would make it unusable like I said because when you left the platform view to go to the games view and then the game view how would you get back out that is why it would be unusable you could go right now into the settings probably and set the back button to backspace or any other button you want you can probably map it as null but then you wouldn't be able to leave the menu. What I was getting at was that this could only be possible if the menu and the back button where completely separated

Have you imported new stuff in order to be offered the videos or ran the updater if you go into tools on the menu there is an option right there to get them. Instead of declaring you are annoyed why not ask for help in why you haven't been able to get them yet it would be better received by everyone.

Escape doesn't just go back to the options menu it allows you to go back from any menu so unmapping it would make the program unusable. If you wanted to propose that the options menu be a separate button besides back it would be best if you clicked the issues/request link up in the sites header and created a ticket. Many users use BB with a controller only and mapping such an important function to its own button would limit the control of BB through their controller.

How many platforms do you have added? Would you consider copying your Image, Manuals, Music and Video folder and starting over with a clean install? When you import your ROMs again just use the checkbox to not download any media and then move your copied asset folders back into LB. This way you don't have to re-download all of the media but you can start over fresh

It isn't a driver issue if your emulators work outside of LB I don't know what I was thinking there.

If I have driver issues with my sound card RetroArch will launch everything black screen and no games will work it also effects all of my video players I've also run into issue where bad XBox 360 drivers have made emulators not work so drivers can effect things like that. I was wondering more if drivers were updated and you might need to roll back not update but I guess if none where installed and it stopped working you could try updating

So newly added games won't work either? I'm cluesless it doesn't sound like your ROMs are in the wrong path or you would get an error saying the game doesn't exist have you updated your graphics driver lately

Yeah that doesn't help. I don't know why your games won't launch have you tried adding any new games to see if they will work?

can you post a picture of you Emulator details form it can be found in tools>manage emulators>MAMEUI select it and hit edit

Which emulator/emulators are you trying to use here? Do your games work with the emulator outside of LB?
