    To quote Cid, I also do all my edits in Notepad++, I have never been able to setup VS17 correctly for whatever reason but I find its pretty easy to open up NP++, make quick changes, launch bigbox, repeat.

    Both of those are great Linux options. Lakka is also super light weight which is awesome for minimal set ups.

    I used Hyperspin for about 5 years, LaunchBox for about 2 now. Glad I made the switch and the community isn't toxic here so feel free to ask questions if you stumble along the way.

    Long shot but using k-lite codecs? The video engine uses WMP and codecs but if it is working on Cids, it should on mine. So CityHunter 2, CityHunter 2 - Video and CityHunter 2 - Video - Clean Edit are all giving you a black screen?

    Weird, I didn't change the code at all for the video source and it is using the same exact plug in as Cid's. Working on my 3 PC's with the newest changes.

    No problem at all, although I may blame you for pre mature grey, j/p. Glad you got things working. Windows 10 is a completely different animal when it comes to an OS. I would imagine you turned off the WMP functions because of the new player, which sucks btw. I leave them both on by default. You could have also turned this off due to a privacy setting because Microsoft wants to know everything we are doing now.

    Mednafen Saturn is worth building a 64 bit OS. It's progressing very nicely and its nice to have an active community around it since SSF is just one guy.

    You are right and I was mistaken about VLC implementation in the latest .dll. Very possible it is a codec issue (hoping) and a simple install of k-lite fixes the issue.

    Oh I see. I do have a 4k TV but its only running standard 1920x1080 in my living room for gaming purposes. @ALIE could you test Blade Runner to see how it looks on 4k?

    This theme never gets the attention it deserves. Some small polish here and there and it would be one of the top themes here. Screen shot as to why. Look how good the blues clash with the red wheel set. Something I would work on is the options background.

    Also offering the Red BigBox Logo image I use for the Platform Banners and the BigBox Logo. You can add text to this in Photoshop to edit whatever you want, just keep the image dimension the same to keep everything centered. I used a Font called Road Rage for the text you see over the logo. Feel free to change how ever you like.

    With WMP you will need something like k-lite codec pack or cccp, recommend k-lite standard. Did you just download CH2 today? I just recently (today) added in DPI scaling fixes and the newest video engine from the CriticalZoneV2 theme. I tested everything on my end but there is always a possibility of error. When I get home from work I can message you the older Ao.themer.dll file to see if that is the issue. Also worth trying out one of the other download options in CityHunter 2, starting with the default CityHunter 2 (theme) or CityHunter 2 (theme) Clean Edit.
